I never ordered the service
Bert was great. Professional and dedicated. What I did not like is that the 3 rooms for $109 actually ended up costing almost $400 .
thorough spot cleaning and baseboard to baseboard coverage, fast drying time, no residual scents to trigger allergies, careful thoughtful technicians both time I have used the service.
Also able to schedule on relatively short notice! Fees are appropriate.
Buck was amazing and did an outstanding job! Our church was getting ready for my mom's funeral, and he made the church sparkle. We are so grateful for his hard work.

Timely, no chemicals, professional service tech who took the time to show us the process and did a very through and accurate job.

Consistent information relayed from technician to technician. I have had Zerorez come out 3 or 4 times to my house. Each time there is a different technician that wants to provide the treatment in a different way- explaining how the chemicals will or won't give good results if not done that specific way.
Randy, the service tech, was very polite, professional, and did far better job than the last tech in getting my carpets clean. He moved furniture that was on sliders (a seemingly a simple thing) but most techs would not be that thorough.

I like the fact that the carpet dried very quick and it had no after odors. It just smelled clean.

This is my third time to use your company and the level of carpet cleanliness was not the same as before. I’ve always had a few stains and they’ve always come out. This time they all didn’t. Little disappointing because I had high hopes. I will say the two gentlemen that came out were friendly and professional. They were quick and cleaned up well after themselves.
