Good results
The results! We’ve used Zerorez twice now, and we’re happy with the way the rugs looked after their cleaning/spit treatments.
Booked the special offer of 4 rooms for $99. The tech said one room was oversized and it would cost more. This is disappointing as it feels like a bit of bait and switch.
The upstairs looks fine. The carpet downstairs has big yellow/ brown spots. I mentioned it before the man left but he said it was probably wet. Still there and not wet.
My carpets were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and looked like new. Javier was extremely professional and friendly and eager to please.
My carpet is clean and it was fast!

We had to request a retreat due to "wand stripes" left in every room from a defective wand. At least that is what the tech "Diamond" told us was the cause of the stripes. It seems a tech would recognize the problem during the cleaning process? It was time-consuming for us to vacuum for a week to see if the stripes went away, and then move the furniture again for the retreat. Diamond was super friendly and worked hard, but he knew he was using someone else's van and equipment on the first clean.
Thank you for honoring the retreat. We are pleased with the final product, but not entirely with the process as described above.

Didn’t really get much staining up but the floor does seem somewhat cleaner, one of my rooms seems to have brought up an odor I can’t get rid of now and I feel they probably should’ve gone over that room more than once for the cost of the service.
The service technicians always do a great job cleaning my carpet.
The first issue is scheduling. I scheduled more than a week out but was still rescheduled 2 times to accommodate unforeseen schedule changes. When I asked to have my day moved to another day they said never mind, we will keep you scheduled for 1-3pm. Tech called and said he was going to arrive early. No problem. He arrived at 12:45pm and was finished just after 1 with final invoice emailed at 1:08pm. I feel like he rushed the job and did it as fast as he possibly could. I would have rather had a different date if this was how they time slot of 1-3 could be accommodated.
Next, the tech did not appear to apply any protectant after he finished with the cleaning which was purchased in addition to the cleaning.
I ended up only having 2 rooms cleaned instead of 3 but the tech was unable to adjust the price. He said the cost for 2 rooms is same as 3.
There are several stains that showed up after the carpet had dried. He only mentioned 2 blood spots that he could not get up and one black mark on the bedroom. Once the carpet dried several more spots showed up.
In the end I did not receive the service I expected and paid for. The last time we had the same service done the tech took much longer time ensuring all stains were treated and removed and he spent time applying the protectant as expected. This time the entire process from setting up to cleaning and walking out the door was about 20 mins for 2 rooms, 2 hallways and stairs.

Fred did an amazing job on my carpets. He was professional and very polite and pleasant. I will absolutely request him the next time I call. This is the best my carpets have ever looked and he was super easy to work with. Outstanding employee that you have working for you. That is hard to find these days.
Techician was great and very informative and professional
There were yellow streaks left in our carpet after the technician finished. Had tried to scrub would we could out. We also took our at home carpet cleaner to try to get the yellow streaks out and when we cleaned it the water from cleaning the carpet was still brown. We are very disappointed in the service received.
Awesome tech who came to clean our carpets. He was communicative, friendly, professional, thorough and fast. I was very impressed. He didn’t give me his name, but I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I have used Zerorez for years and have never been disappointed with their service.

The tech was workmanlike and amiable. We have used Zerorez for about 20 years annually. As costs have risen. Zerorez has added a charge for a oversize living room which I object to.
ZEROREZ is the only carpet cleaner we will use.
We gave them a challenge. We sent our recliner sofa out for repair. Under the sofa was grease and oil marks. ZEROREZ was able to get out these stains and marks.
We do have them treat the carpets with the protectant after every cleaning.
After every cleaning the carpets look like they did the first day we installed them.
The technicians they send out are professional and take care when doing the work.
The gentleman who came and did the work was a true professional

He also told me how to make sure and clean up spills and such

I don’t feel my carpet was cleaned at all, the guys equipment wasn’t working properly. Also, his jeans in the back by his rear were very ripped and I could see his bright blue underwear the whole time. I sent in pictures of how my carpet looks after it was supposedly cleaned and I was told it’s wear and tear of my carpet and it can’t be cleaned. I’ve had my carpets cleaned before and they came out looking great. I used this company because of the no smell but wish I hadn’t!!!!

It was a bit of a struggle getting the cleaners actually scheduled. The first date scheduled, they arrived one hour early before our business closed and patients had left for the day. Then, when they came back, all of our staff was gone for the day and there wasn't great communication. Because of this, we had to reschedule for the next Saturday. That day, no one showed up at the scheduled time, so I called 30 minutes after the scheduled time just to hear that their van wasn't working or something of the sort. This caused us to have to reschedule again for the following week. At that point, we were finally able to get the service and once performed, we had no problem with how the carpets looked. If we would've been able to get our clinic serviced without problem the first weekend, it would have been a seamless process with no problems
