There are so many things I like! The office staff are wonderful to work with. The technicians are wonderful, too, and they do an amazing job. I also love that there are no chemicals in my carpet; they do it all with steam and it cleans beautifully, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

My. Carpet was in very bad shape. It is a good quality carpet so it has withstood a long life of 20 years of wear and tear. Zerorez did as well as could be expected considering the shape the carpet was in. I was pleased with the outcome because there are just some stains that have stood the test of time and just can’t be removed. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome. A job well done that would result in future request of services.
