Easy online scheduling and knowledge technicians for carpet cleaning
The technician, Mr. Sierra, was very knowledgable about carpets and how to care for them. He gave us several tips, including help with our upholstery. We told him when we had the upholstery cleaned before we really couldn't see improvement. So he gave a good sug-gestion that saved us some money as well.
Both my husband and I vacuumed the carpet before Mr. Sierra came. (My husband used the heavy-duty machine on the edges of the rooms.) Mr. Sierra did not seem to realize we'd vacuumed the carpet, but it is old and it is possible our cordless is not powerful enough.
The carpet did dry faster this time than other times in the past (my husband put out 7 - 10 small fans around the house) so that helped. It does look better on the whole but the hallway is not as good as the last time (July 3, 2021 with "Kaydence" or "Terry" - whatever his real name was. What he did was amazing.)
There was a communication problem with the customer service staff, but I will call them about that.
I thought the service was great, Mario was really friendly and informative but I feel like he could have gone over the carpets one more time I feel it was a little rushed even though my carpets were cleaner, he started, he showed me the progress. I still feel like for what I paid he could have done a second pass. My rooms were really small, except for my master, which was small for a master so I don’t feel like it would’ve been outside of what would be considered a doable situation. Like I said, though, I would consider using them again, and appreciate the friendliness and professionalism

The first thing that I noticed is that every one that I spoked with was polite and professional .They called when they said they were going to call and they came when they said they would be there. When the tech. came he was polite and very knowledgeable about the products he was using and how to use them. He respected me my property and my house. Thank you again Zerorez for doing a wonderful job and thank you Javier Camego for doing a GREAT job on my carpet. I will request you the next time i need my carpets cleaned .

If they ask about a recommendation I will then discuss my experience with them. I would be inclined to tell anyone asking about yur company that it was a good experience and I thought you all did a good job.
I have been using Zerorez for many years and have always been satisfied with the results. I like the fact that my carpet looks, smells and feels clean. There is no soap film left in the carpet to attract dirt and start looking dirty soon after cleaning is done. I highly recommend the services of Zerorez.

First my carpets look great. The technician was wonderful.
I had some upholstered kitchen chairs that had food and grease stains on them. I tried every cleaner I could find and scrubbed them as hard as I could, but I could not get them clean.
