Always a thorough clean at a great price. The carpets are damp when finished, but not soaked like other companies. The technicians are excellent.

I feel like the carpets are much cleaner and the rep was great. Unfortunately it pulled the carpet up so much and caused waves that I now have to have the carpet stretched. In fairness to zerorez, it had some small waves already. Unfortunately these waves are very large and could cause tripping etc
