prices changed from estimate- which happens some times, told person when i booked it all details, and she didn't mention possible upcharges for rooms, or that the closet in the master bedroom was extra. landing on the stairs are different price than regular stair. Really???? If so, get your phone reps to call that out. felt very sketchy
person arrived 2 hours early- and we weren't ready for him. not his fault other jobs canceled, but it really sent us scurrying and made extra and compressed work for us. I wasn't even home- but husband was. person did send a text that i coudln't read while driving home and had hoses set up the stairs which was exactly where were trying to relocate boxes. so that there would be minimal stair traffic after the cleaning. then we had to wait for the carpet to dry before moving the boxes down- so it really shot our schedule wth people here to help us based on our reserved 3-5pm slot versus 1pm
person did a good job on the carpet.

Hi, my couch was cleaned on Saturday, April 27th. I called on Monday to request someone come out again as I was not satisfied with the job. I left a message and the call was returnee the next day. A message was left, I called again and left another message. Now, on May 6th I am still waiting to hear back from someone. Please call me at Phone number removed.
Told 3 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things as to what Zerorez would move and what I needed to move. There should be one set of rules for the customer to understand. Technician was great and am pleased with the carpets.

The stain came back as soon as the carpet started drying
Jeff did a great job of getting coffee stains out of my bedroom carpet. He explained the issues and told me how to care for the carpet in the future. I have used Zerorez for some years and I’m always pleased. And I have recommended Zerorez to my friends.
Timely, courteous and efficient service.
The technician went over a heavily soiled area several times to make sure it got clean. The only problem is, that area took at least 36 hours to dry. It has been smelling ever since. Another technician was sent out to redo that area but it still smells. I really don’t know what can be done to get the smell out of the carpet now. You guys are the pros. What do you suggest?
We spent almost 500 dollars and the urine oder is very much still in the carpet.

The job was very thorough and the techs were very helpful. Their professionalism and courtesy were much appreciated. They worked diligently to remove a couple stains and paid extra attention to high traffic areas.

The floor was still dirty in many places. Lots of areas where water puddled, dried and dirt settled back into the grout. We had to clean the floor again ourselves and we were still not able to clean some areas where dirt settled back in. We have pictures if you would like to see them.

U were out to my house in 2021...U all did d whole house including rugs for $400.00... This time u charged me $569.00 and did less work no rugs at all cleaned.. My ceramic tile was left with dirty in d corners...Now I do know that within inflation things go up, but doing a half done job I can't except that.. I would like some of my money back... Then we can go from there... Thanks...
