First of all, A service fee (really) . Overpriced to do a sectional , Then another charge for deep cleaning. That regular cleaning didn’t clean. Just too much nickel & dime charges…

Your product did everything I expected and more really. I had a few spots that I questioned whether or not they could be removed but most of them came out. The paint drop in the corner surprisingly came out almost entirely. I had one step that I thought would be a challenge, but that is now completely clean. Major makeup stains came out in another room. The worst part was taking out the furniture of 3 rooms and finding space to store it, but that was well worth it. I am extremely happy. I would say that Tristin has mastered customer service. He came to the door with a big smile and ready to go. He talked with me along the way. He is very friendly and kind, and he knows what he is doing. Thank you Tristin, for being a sunny spot in my day!
Took off work and canceled my appointment day of service. Offered discount then charged me full price two days later. I didn’t care about discount just wanted carpets cleaned. Why offer one though then not give it someone didn’t detail it I guess on the work order.
Technician was very friendly and thorough. Did a great job getting the couple of spots out that were pointed out.

I have always highly recommended your company. Our appointment got canceled an hour after our projected window when all room furniture was moved out. There is a cancelation fee for customers., but when I called and asked about compensation on our end, there was nothing they could do. I text a couple times after requesting info on consumer cancellation fee and no response. After taking off work in the afternoon to be canceled on last minute without any compensation is frustrating.
On time, no drama, expensive for 35 mins, will monitor the result os the duct cleaning

Let me start by saying these were 3 completely empty rooms… I moved EVERYTHING OUT prior to his arrival…
The technician was great very positive very polite. Could not have gotten a nicer more friendly person.
However, I thought I was paying to “clean” the carpet! I feel like he did 1 very quick pass on the floor and even though the water was still coming out dirty. I videoed the clear portion of the hose. It didn’t don on me until I realized the floor was still dirty that he only did 1 very quick pass regardless of how dirty the water was he was extracting. He moved to the next room without really cleaning the room. The high traffic areas were still dirty when he left. And today (1 day later) the stains he said would be gone are still there and the high traffic areas are still dirty. I actually ran my own machine and got dirty water out. So it’s not that it’s stained it’s a simple 1 pass done very quickly and out and my floors are still dirty. Did he run the machine? Yes are my carpets cleaned… def not! He sprayed something on my floor for an additional 60.00 it obviously was not worth it because that particular room smells the worst and is the dirtiest still!
Did he come and run the machines… yes do I feel like it was worth it?? No!
Would I recommend this … no. I could have rented a machine from Kroger and got the same if not better results.
How can you make it right?
1. Make it VERY CLEAR that your tech will only do 1 pass on the carpet. Regardless of how clean or dirty the water being pulled out is. Do not “advertise” that you will clean three rooms but more like you will make 3 rooms of carpet wet.
2. Come back and actually clean them! Look to see if the water coming out is clean or nasty before moving to the next room.
Had I known it was only 1 pass I would not have wasted 230.00
