Excellent results and customer service
Your charges for spot cleaning is crazy! $75.00 a spot? That's a definite no! I'm not sure many people are willing to pay this! This tech did ok seemed to be in a hurry. The tech b4 this time was terrific!
After staining my tile with sealer during a grout cleaning, a technician returned to remedy the situation. The only remedy was to strip the tile which would result in changing the appearance compared with the same tile in the adjoining areas. We declined and now must live with the stains on our tile in the kitchen.
I would expect Zerorez to at least offer to reimburse me the cost of the initial service.

My carpet looks like it is brand new! It had cat urine all over it really bad. Buddy did his magic and I'm totally amazed at the results that he was able to accomplish. I especially like that you guys don't use any strong chemicals that would stink up my house.

Your customer service was very poor. My rug didn’t not come within the time frame I was given and I called more than 3 times and they kept telling me that someone will contact me soon but I never received a call back. I won’t recommend Zerorez to anyobe

The high temperature cleaning and power of the truck mounted equipment makes drying time significantly shorter! Highest quality cleaning with zero effort and no mess or musty smell after!

With the right temperature the carpet drys very quickly. It leaves very little odor.

On time - explained the process - showed the difference of before and after - tech was polite and friendly.
The cleaning was fine but a lot of bogus upcharges. For example, the appointment was for $109 for 3 rooms and a hallway, but then there was a $25 "service fee." Wasn't the $109 the fee for cleaning? What's the extra "service fee" for?
Then 2 of the 3 rooms were charged an extra $15 each for being "oversized," even though about half the carpet in each room was covered by large furniture and did not get cleaned. In other words the actual amount of carpet being cleaned in each room was easily well below 200 square feet.
And then after that, the technician asked for a tip.
So the "$109" ended up being about $178, nearly double of what was advertised.
Good job with the cleaning, but not very honest business practices. Maybe it's this particular technician. I remember him for before and he did the same thing last time.
