When you cleaned my tile grout, you left the sealer on the tile and it is stained. Your tech came back and could not get it off. Right now I await a response from a supervisor or manager. The tech would not give me his supervisor's name of telephone number.

The technicians are very nice and professional. Always on time and very easy to schedule appointment. But the carpet always returns to original look prior to cleaning. The traffic patterns remain. I'm not sure if it is actually picking up the dirt? My carpet looks the same.

Diamond, the technician was great, punctual, and friendly, but carpets look hardly any better than before, especially in traffic areas. I think it’s an equipment issue, rather than human error.
You charged $217 for 30 minutes of rug cleaning. 4 rooms and a staircase in 30 minutes is not long enough. The technician was nice and polite but he could have spent more time. When I bought my house 5 yrs ago I had a large spot in one of the rooms. The technician worked on the spot until it was gone, and it has never come back. Now I had 3 small spots in one of my rooms…..nothing like red wine, or red soda or nail polish or anything very noticeable, just spots that were slightly darker than the rest of the rug. But now, the party line is….we don’t guarantee spot removal. I am disappointed.
