I feel like the carpets are much cleaner and the rep was great. Unfortunately it pulled the carpet up so much and caused waves that I now have to have the carpet stretched. In fairness to zerorez, it had some small waves already. Unfortunately these waves are very large and could cause tripping etc

Not sure I’d use them again and pay $1200 for duct cleaning for the 90 minutes the tech was here.
Not 100% confident all supply lines were cleaned as the secondary plenum was not opened up.
