My appointment was from 1pm-3pm. Yall showed up over an hour late...after 4 pm. My time is just as valuable as yours. I took off work, lost alot of money...to get my carpet cleaned. By the time he got done cleaning the carpet it was late. Too late for me to go back to work.
No one ever called to say they would arrive late. I had to call to find out if yall were still coming. My 1st time using this company and I was disappointed.
It works and dries fast and looks fabulous. Also the young man that did the work was very nice and it was the last house he did that day. I will tell all my friends how great a job you do. Name removed
