The cleaning provided is top notch. The service technician, Derek, did a wonderful job. He is knowledgeable and thorough and we appreciate the work he did.

I love my water filter system, but I cannot afford the filters. They just do not seem to last very long.
I know it would be difficult to remove cat-urine stains, but to charge an additional $75 per stain? Wow. I’m going to replace the carpeting in the affected room rather than do that.
The other quarter sized stains of undetermined origin were not removed either, and his suggestion was that I try repeatedly to spot treat those stains myself. However, he was nice, pleasant to work with and the majority of the job was done well to my satisfaction.
I’m not really complaining with my rating. I just rarely recommend ANY vendor to anyone. They must do their own research and make their own evaluations.

I paid $880 to have the deep pet cleaning . Right after the technician did it the pet smell was gone and so where the stains, he did a great job. But then we woke up the next day to the WORST ammonia smell! It smells worse than it did before. We have had this service before about a year ago and did not experience any issues or smell issues.. it’s now been two days since our service and the smell is still horrendous.

My tile actually looks worse after cleaning. At least the dirty grout was evenly dirty. Now 30% looks dirty and it sticks out like a sore thumb. I took water and a soft toothbrush to some of it and it cleaned right up. Your process is not good. I didn’t want to have to get on my hands and knees and clean it by hand at 52 years old and now I have to. Just terrible.
