I think your workers did a good job. I have my back room where my dog stays
most of the time, and it just smells like dog. I don't seem to smell it anymore.
Julian was the technician and he was absolutely great. He explained everything and every step. He made sure to answer all questions. Very satisfied with the service.

Zerorez team did a decent job, but it didn't feel like there was an "extra" effort. As an example, I had to remind them that I asked them to pull the couch out from the wall and clean behind it. And I had to request that they put the foam protectors under all the feet of my wood end tables, coffee tables, etc. I shouldn't have to ask for those kinds of things.
Also, I'm waiting to see if it's any better after 24 hours, but this morning after walking around on the carpets for about 10 minutes, my feet felt *sticky*. For a "zero rez" carpet cleaning, that's a pretty heavy residue left on the carpets.
You did not get all spots cleared from bedroom rug
