I like the fact that the rugs dry fairly quickly and the technician was very polite and efficient.
Issue did not resolve, in spite of getting the treatment re-done. Treatment made smell worse and unbearable.

Usually I’m really happy with the results but this time all my carpets were too wet when it was completed. I had to run a fan on high overnight in my master bedroom to get it dry and my room smelled like wet carpet. My stairs are still wet. The carpets look clean, but this amount of drying isn’t good at all.

We called to get a quote for 3 bedrooms, two of which had cat urine smells we couldn't get rid of using our carpet cleaner wet vac. We were originally quoted 130$ but that went up after the technician arrived and said it would be close to 1000$ dollars to remove the smells. He then quoted us the price if we used the pet remover solution and that was around 275$ He said the carpets would be clean buy I'd need to replace the carpet pads to completely remove the smell. I agreed, no problem. I was replacing the pads today and noticed several stains that still smell on the backside of the carpet. Maybe that is normal and can't be cleaned but it does feel like I wasted almost 300 dollars. No issues with technicians.customer service just not thrilled with the lack of results. Even after the upgraded cleaning the rooms smelled the same after the carpets dried
Booking is easy, even when I had to change my date due to a sick pet. The technician was very professional and helpful. Besides cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms, he also cleaned my living room sofa, taking great care to do a thorough job.

Give me what you charged me for. I asked your representative to clean the small landing on my staircase. He charged me $35, the charge for five steps, but he did not include the steps. He only cleaned the spot on the landing.
