Very well on communicating appointment scheduling and process. Service person was on time, very attentive and performed an excellent job. Carpets smell clean with no artificial odor or smell. All services offered were offered not forced. Gave excellent follow up tips and recommendations.
I have been very impressed with the customer service of the technicians and how clean the carpet is afterwards.
Tristan was proactive in making sure he was right on time for the appointment and very sweet when I walked him through the house. He even helped me with a smoke alarm that I couldn't reach. Great service! He was quick and efficient, total professional and the carpets look (and smell) great!

Technician came to clean the carpet after I paid I left the house. When I came back I found out he didn't clean the master bedroom closet.
I txt the technician and he said I have to pay $137 for the closet. He didn't try to accommodate the situation and I was very disappointed. So I rented machine and cleaned myself. Couple of days later the manager called and he said they will clean for $50 and $25.(each time they called the price dropped) why couldn't they do it at the beginning? I could've left good review.

Our technician, Dexter, was really a plus for your company. He did things above and beyond to help me. He worked hard at getting some really stubborn stains out and left our home in very good order. Your office personnel was very disappointing and unprofessional.
The equipment used by your technician damaged my wall. A big piece of plaster on the wall corner was knocked loose creating a big gouge in the finish.
