The quote for service when booked online was not what was charged, ended costing more. The duct service was very messy. The technician did not explain the process so we did not have house items covered to avoid everything getting dirty & dusty.

I have been a Zerorez customer for over 10 yrs. The quality of service is impeccable. I have never encountered a rude or unprofessional technician, and I always smile when they complete the service. It's sad to say but I don't often feel that way about other services I've purchased. Zerorez has never let me down or failed to live up to thier avertised services.

The service technician was fantastic!
Well this technician I feel did charge me unneccesary fees. For example I was given an additional charge of 10 during my estimate related to cost of service not meeting the minimum. when the technician arrived I added the pet deoderizer that was $70 for one small room (whereas the cleaning of 3 rooms was 99) but they still left that charge having the service almost 100 more than the orginal estimate and almost 200 more than promotion.
I wasn’t very happy with the first out come and when I expressed my feelings, they were real quick about fixing the issue. Once they came back it exceeded my expectation. I will be back!!!
Always cost more then what I think
The agent that came to my house was very nice, but he left soap on the floor and didn’t vacuum it up so now my carpet is yellow
I like that there is no soapy residue left on my carpet.

We have used your services, I believe 5 times. We have always been satisfied except once and that was due to the service technician not following the companies protocol.
The products used for treating stains, along with the water system has kept our light color carpets showing beautiful over the last 3 years.
