The technicians are always friendly and professional!
The technician who cleaned my carpet was polite, friendly, and very receptive to my questions and concerns. He was very professional in his performance and in his respect for my home and furnishings. My carpet is old and had not been cleaned in a long time. I told the young man that I did not expect miracles, but that I was hoping to see an obvious improvement in the carpet's appearance. I certainly do see a real improvement. The carpet is definitely cleaner and fresher looking. My thanks to Zerorez and their very competent employee.
It was very easy to schedule the appointment, the technician was on time, friendly, and professional, and the job took less time than I expected. The carpet looks new again.
The Zerorez technician was on-time, very courteous, and respectful of my home. The technician double-checked the price for the carpet cleaning service and I saved some money because I had measured incorrectly. This was much appreciated. The carpets look great and smell fresh.

Did not get pet stain and odor out from stair landing even after being assured it could be removed. A second follow-up trip actually made the odor worse.

We were very happy with the results. The associate was very respectful, called 20 minutes prior to arrival and explained what he would be doing.
Not told of possibility of significant price increase (double) if pet stains were found onsite with blacklight and normal treatment w/o increased price could cause oders.
Walls were damaged by hoses being yanked up the stairs.

Great service. Carpet is much cleaner
The arrival window that I was given was from 10 to 1:00. The technician did not arrive until about 1:30. And then when he got here he tried to tell us that he could not clean our rug because no one told him that we lived in an apartment. And that we were too far away from his truck to be able to do it. He didn't try very hard to make it work. My husband is the one that offered to move our car so that he could park his truck and our parking spot so that the hose would reach. He wanted to take our rug outside to the truck and clean it out there and then hang it on the fence outside in the sun so that it could dry. I did not want that. Once he got started on the road, finally, he did do a good job. But I probably won't use you again. And I say that because no one told me when I called in the order that if I was in an apartment it was going to be a problem.

Professional, quick and quality work.
Julian and Ryan were very professional and explained the cleaning they’d be doing. Our carpets were heavily pet soiled and they were able to revive them to the best they can be at their age.
The Instagram ad showed a machine using huge suction to extract pet urine and stain from carpet. Ad attached to it says pet stain removal 3 rooms for $99. Making it appear as though I could get this machine to get my pet areas done for a good deal. In reality, it’s $75 for every time the machine touches the carpet. A 12”x12” area is $75. So my pet stain area in my bedroom closet (3’x3’ area) would be almost $500. Completely deceiving ad. Passed this info along via social media to Castle Hills community so they’re not deceived either. Will not be using Zerorez again

Your oil/grease stain cleaner didn’t help on spots. I scrubbed them all manually with baking soda & warm water to get them clean today. The cleaning service only lasted 40 minutes for 3 rooms which seemed faster than other carpet cleaning services I’ve used.
My technician did a great job. He answered all of my questions, did a very good job and was polite.
