The products work very well to clean down to the pad. The technician was professional and informed me about the product and made good recommendations.
Cleaned my old rug spectacularly! They do a fantastic job! And it doesn’t get dirty again right away because of all the stuff usually left in!
Price for two small rugs $250??? Price to clean carpet in three rooms with furniture $99. You tell me what’s wrong with that picture.

Crews need to have tools to cleanup the home surfaces that they soiled in the process.
Zerotec needs a secure site for payment vs use of the operators personal phone.
Scheduled appointments could have a tighter window vs 3 hours particularly for the 2 appointment of the day for a specific service.
I hope these get addressed.
I like special offers and choosing my type of service. I do not get strong-armed into extras, if I don't want them. Antonio was on time, polite, and thorough.
Service techs are always so professional and friendly. I love that there are no heavy chemicals or detergents to leave dirt attracting residue on my carpets

Had a/c vents and a number of furniture pieces and an area rug cleaned. Easy scheduling. Thorough help through Chat. Showed up within the time window with a 30 minute on-the-way call. Efficient and thorough cleaning. Fantastic results.

None of the vents were covered and debris from the ducts was blown all thru the house, particularly bad in an upstairs bedroom and the family room. Both rooms had to be completely cleaned top to bottom to clean up the material spread everywhere. Other rooms had a lighter coating. Not pleased at all.

It would’ve been nice if the first tech had told me that most of my spots would not come out of the carpet. The spots had already gone down to the pad therefore only a deep cleaning which cost $75 a gallon would take care of those issues.

Process could not clean tile grout. Which was disappointing . Requested cleaning for an additional Heavily soiled entrance hallway rug for 10 dollars . After checking with home rug cleaner I requested this area be cleaned again. There was no problem with the service person and he cleaned this area again.
