I got my carpets cleaned, and asked if you all clean tiles and grout. I was charged $100 and it looks no better actually it looks worse than it did before the cleaning. I called to get a refund and was told that they don’t do refunds that they can send someone else out to clean, talk about horrible customer service. Charging $100 for a 3 x 4 laundry room tile where the customer wasn’t satisfied is ridiculous especially considering my total bill was over 600. I will never use your company again and make sure to tell everyone I know about the service I received.

You advertised 3 rooms and a hallway for $109.00. The cleaner did not have to move any furniture, did a good job, then charged me more than $200.00 for doing a short hallway, a dining room less than 200 square feet, and a living room of about 220 square feet, but no other rooms.Because he did a good job, I gave him a $20 tip. Later I called one of your customer service ladies regarding the fee and she said the fee was correct. If I ever use your service again, I will have the cleaner measure all of the rooms, write out the fee, and then I will decide whether or not I will let him do the job.

Technician did the best he could with our old carpet.
1st person arrived 45 minutes before my 3:00-5:00 appointment time, I advised him I was not ready. I was vacuuming after the movers were 3 1/2 hours late moving the majority of furniture out of bedroom. The man shrugged his shoulders, said he would wait.
I finished vacuuming, moving the bed around 2:45, the 1st person had left, I thought he probably went to take a break, it's hot out...so I called so he would know I was ready when he was. I spoke with Fernando , who said 1st person waited 30 minutes and had moved on.
Fernando said he could get someone else out possibly later after placing me on hold , probably trying to figure out what was going on.
2nd person arrived to clean carpet, Antonio who did an excellent job.

Shane came out and was very informative and thorough with his work. Our carpet and tile looks wonderful. He also cleaned our couches and we are very glad for the service. We need to better understand the $150 protection plan that was offered. We purchased it, but we need to know what that covers. How long does it last? Is there a service fee if someone has to come back out and assist?

Everything is great! The carpets look brand new and the hardwoods feel like they were just installed yesterday. The house has never been so clean! If you have pets getting the upholstery cleaned is a MUST!
I like the results of the carpet cleaning. My white carpet looks almost new now that the normal discoloration from walking on it has been removed. I also like that there is no residue from soap left on the carpet.
