The cleaner that came out was amazing. Our carpets look so good.
The tech was rather pushy about biologics. Even though we informed him that we were certain there was no dog urine in the carpet he continued to push it. I felt like we had no choice but to give in.
I rate it a 8 or 9 out of 10. $99 special added up to $137; that's about 30% more than the come-on. Also, carpet is clean but technician was alone, unable, and unwilling to move furniture as advertised. I had to ask twice for him to pull two small recliners and a cat tower aside; he intended to clean around them. I'm an older woman, obviously arthritic, and would have had to muscle them myself if I hadn't insisted. Then he stood over me staring at the billing screen while it automatically offered options for tipping. Awkward.

I guess I’m just confused. The gentleman that came to our home received a text saying our 1 year old was asleep, he proceed to speak in an extremely high volume and had to be asked twice to speak quieter. He said the machine is loud (it wasn’t). I went upstairs to show him two problem areas and walked him around the spaces for treatment, he then treated all the floors the same and left without saying goodbye or chatting about whether or not those spots could be helped. We were so confused when he left without speaking to us. Y’all came highly recommended but I’ll be thinking twice before booking again.

First dryer vent cleaning left questions on our part. Zerorez came back out and recleaned the vent. Very happy with their visit.
I paid for two large and one medium grout clean and my grout looks exactly the same. I was told that now its sanitized ….not sure what that even means if it still looks dirty. So $1k down and my problem is not fixed. I would like a refund or a discount and recommend you illustrate the difference between cleaning and stain removal versus “sanitizing” for customers. I would not have spent $1k for “sanitizing.

Technician was friendly, competent, and was able to get stains out of my carpets
The Technician arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about my rug problems. He was able to get some very difficult pet stains out of the wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms, on the stairs, a runner in the kitchen, and area rug in the foyer. Once dry, they were soft and felt brand new. My two oriental rugs and an antique runner are currently at the shop being washed and treated. Our technician was able to coordinate getting the rugs picked up by another driver, just as he finished up with the synthetics. They will be returned next week, along with new pads. I am confident we will be as pleased as we are with the excellent job done today!
We will be using ZeroRez again, and I recommend them without reservation

I love the way my carpets look after each cleaning. I had a cousin visit me from Houston and i had just had my carpet cleaned and she asked me if i had gotten new carpet. I told her no i just had them cleaned by Zerorez.
The technician that came was friendly, great at answering all of our questions and he did a wonderful job on all of our carpets!
