Zerorez is a company true to its word of a natural way to clean upholstery & carpets!

The ZeroRez technician was profesional, friendly and informative about the procedure. We asked him to do three other rugs at the same time on the driveway to keep any wetness outside.and he readily agreed. The results were amazing, So much better than any other service we have used in the past. I whole heartedly recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.
Easy and high quality!
I paid over $300 to address specific concerns with grease stains from my son's boots. I paid extra for the special spray the tech showed me for this problem. But the biggest stain, the initial reason I booked in the first place, looked like it hadn't the been touched. And several smaller ones. I got into the stains myself afterward with dawn and scrubbed them all with a brush, which helped tremendously. He said I just need to replace the carpet where the big stain is. No, that is what prodessional carpet cleaning is for (unless it was permanent ink or something of that level). It was like no real effort was made to work on this stain.
The tech was nice and professional enough; on a personal level he was just fine. But he smelled like he had not showered in a long while, so much so that I just signed the ok documents when he was done just to get him out asap. I needed to open all the windows after he left because the house smelled like him, not clean at all.
I vacuumed after he left and i put all the furniture back, and nothing was in the vacuum cleaner, which tells me the carpets were truly clean of debris and animal hair and all the other funk that gets into carpets, which gives me peace, so I thank you for that.
I've been a long time customer at three different houses, and usually don't have any problems. This experience has given me enough cause to look around next time for another company. I still like zero red for what it offers, but it will be worth comparing what else is out there now.

The services provided for carpet cleaning were topnotch. Carpets were pretreated, cleaned, and looked extraordinary when completed. The team member was polite and explained clearly the billing and what he would be doing for our home. Highly recommended.

I love how friendly your associate was. He spent alot of time really cleaning the floors and making them look like new. And he also gave me advice as to which mops are better at keeping the floor more clean.
Caesar was great, he was personable and professional. He explained the whole process and what was being used. Loved that it was environmentally friendly. The process was quick, the carpet dried quickly and it looks great!

The second application done by William Early got rid of the faint urine smell that was left from the first application earlier. William was very helpful in explaining everything that he did. He is outstanding and so cheerful and energetic. Give him a raise and promotion.
We had some old spots in our carpet that we thought would not come out, but ZeroRez got them out. Our carpet looks fresh and new.
