After having equipment trouble with the first truck, they quickly resolved the issue and was able to send another vehicle to finish the job which was completed in a short period of time and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

All the tile was very wet and when it finally dried there was a residue all over the floor. I had to mop the floor with water afterwards.

My 2 rugs were sent to the facility to be cleaned. I have wood floors and appreciate the rugs being cleaned elsewhere. Triston evaluated the condition of both rugs and he seemed knowledgable about each.
I was pleased with his service and know that the rugs will look much better when they are returned.

The people are great. On the last service, Paul and Charles were great. The only problem I had was I told the office person you would need a lot of hose because it was in a 4 and 1 building. The first truck couldn’t do it. The seconf truck had to retrieve more hose. That said, again, all the employees were great.

The young man who did the work was very personable and worked very hard.
