William did a very good job and answered my questions, very nice.
Suggestion: company should not ask for tips. It was awkward to say no, it was not because of William’s work. If you are wanting your employees tipped, I suggest you read the reviews and give bonus to them instead. Bonus from employer goes a long way.

No attempt made to treat spots
The products used on the carpet is clean, no lingering smell, and it leaves the carpet looking like it was actually shampooed.
I had a re-do on my sleeper sofa because the first tech’s machine broke down. And, I felt a fair job was done on my couch. ZEROREZ immediately scheduled a re-do without a charge.
I was pleased with Nelson’s work. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.
First the person screwed up and 2 of my rooms end up smelling like mildew. They have had 4 different people cone out and the 2 rooms still smell like mildew. I have spent way to much money and time. I don't know how you could make this right. My rooms smell horrible and I will probably have to replace the carpet and padding. Plus what I spent to have them cleaned. How do I go about getting my rooms to not smell like mildew? You have come out several times and still smell. How do I get my money back?

I like the ease of making appointments, that the worker arrives on time, calls when on their way, that the service is done quickly but efficiently. The service person did his job well as expected.
I DO NOT like that upon signing for the payment on his device, I was then asked by the machine to leave a tip. That is going too far. I assumed your quoted price was fair and was complete as in years past, including a fair salary to this employee. This was my first time to encounter this distasteful process for this company and I have used them for years. This is deplorable customer service and an unwelcome new thing (to me) for this company. I did recomend this company to a friend and she did use them, I forewarned her about the tipping thing.

This tech didn’t try nearly as hard as other techs in the past to get the stain out. He was here for 10 minutes - went over it about 4 times and said “that’s the best I can do”. Packed up and left. Disappointing. Most of your techs work harder than that.

Do not have to wait weeks for an appointment and they are on time. Also like that my carpet is dry in about 6-7 hours.
