Fabian was great. Showed up on time walked me through the process and explained exactly what he was doing. Although the carpet evidently had never been cleaned or possibly vacuumed it was cleaned as well as possible. The high traffic areas were still somewhat stained. Overall I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who needed carpet cleaning
Maybe was here for 15’- tried to sell me too many services and would not clean an approximate 2’ of rug cause it technically wasn’t part of the hall- lost the $40 tip I was going to give him

I loved the technician that provided our service he was punctual and provided detailed attention to the cleaning of our carpets, as well as professional behavior. I will use this service again. Our carpets were dry within the time he said it would be. Job exceptionally well done.

Carpet looks great.
Did not move light weight furniture which left dirty spots. Did not clean around edge of carpet. Did not try to remove minor stains which I removed with cheap carpet cleaner spray. Not a professional job. Will not recommend.
Service guys are very professional and we continue to feel they do great work.
The stains were still there. The stairs looked no different before or after. It was a vacuum cleaner not carpet cleaning.

We are pleased with the results. The technician was prompt and courteous.
The edge of the one square has the dirty water and was suctioned good so it left stains on one of the seats. I couldn’t tell until last night after the sofa was dried. Other than that the person cleaning it was very nice to me and I tipped him $15 but again I couldn’t tell that there was a water stain until it dried. I’d like someone to come back and clean the water stain from the edge of the one pillow please. I can upload the picture
