There was a disconnect with my service. I had scheduled 3 rooms of carpet cleaning and the tile in my bathroom and shower. The service rep did not have a certain cleaner for the shower and waited until someone could bring it.
He did spray the chemical and clean the shower. When it dried completely, the mold was gone but the residue of soap scum was very apparent in the grout. My shower actually looks worse now and I will have to use CLR to clean the grout.
I have used Zerorez for years and you cleaned the tile in my kitchen 2 years ago. It looks new now. That is what I expected for my shower and bathroom tile.
I do not think this was worth the $250 I paid for my shower to be cleaned. I would appreciate a refund.

Our last cleaning was below average. We've had some good technicians, but unfortunately the one from our service in March is no longer with the company. Our most recent visit wasn't up to standards. We still have some spots after the service (that normally would have been treated).

We just had the master bedroom cleaned but one area still is slightly discolored and my bride still smells dog pee.
Is there a way to have the guy come back to treat the one spot by our master again. The furniture is still in the hallway as some areas were wet last night still.
