Cost.

Too many extra charges on the $99, 3-room special. Not clean nearly as good as in the past.

Tech did no pre spotting spots still there. I took my own spot cleaner and removed them.
I’ve used zeroes in the past and been very happy. Used them for duct cleaning and they were very good. I was very disappointed this time.

Tech said all stains would be gone. Not only were stains still there afterwards but odor was not improved. He finished fast for the amount of carpet he cleaned, and upon inspection I noticed he didn't do a thorough job especially in corners, at edges, and at trouble spots.

I've used Zerorez in the past and had good results. After last weeks results, along with this weeks technician and owner comments (McKinney) I will never use Zerorez again. I have never experienced anything like what I went through today.

They do a great job on cleaning your carpet.

There are golden streaks on my carpet from the equipment as the streaks are staight. My pets care talented but not to urinate in straight lines. Also, there are two areas in the master where the equipment did not cover. The areas are approximately the size of two postcards together. It is possible that between the lighting and the liquid making the carpet darker, these areas were inadvertently missed. Lastly, I told Chris I had been unable to move the three chairs and couch by myself. He cleaned around them leaving a chair bottom sized dirty area in the high trafficked area of one of the chairs. I would like for the previous technician, Joe, to come back to correct these at no cost to me. He did a fantastic job with much more experience. T his credit, Chris was a very nice and professional technician who I believe tried very hard. He just needs more experience.

Professional, quick and clean.

I guess the technique of Zerorez doesn't work well on our particular carpet and rug. It has been cleaned twice and doesn't look much different. The technician told me that high traffic areas and the embedded dirt on entrance rug does not usually come out. I wish I would have know that prior to scheduling. The man that came out to give us a quote didn't mention that anything would be a tough clean. Customer service was wonderful.

I think everything went well on the cleaning. My only issue is the guy that came out initially quoted me one price; yet my bill states a doubled price.

Julian did a great job. He was both professional and personable while in our home.
