I have been using Zerorez for the last couple of years and every one of their technicians is so polite, knowledgeable and has never tried to upsale me. Dee was my tech this week and did a fabulous job. I could not be happier!

I paid 537.00 by upgrading to your flash clean.i was told that would remove the spots I had that were big. When doing the walk through it all looked ok, you could still see the spots. By this morning carpet is dry and spots were still there. I made a call to you and was told as time goes on they would dissappear and try vacuuming to get them out.. I took a cleaner and scrub brush to the spots and they are gone now. I called back to speak to a manager and no one called me back. I spent 3 hours cleaning the carpet I paid you 537.00 to clean. I just want a partial refund. I will take this further if I need to.
My wife and I threw a dart at the carpet cleaner dart board and ended up hitting the bullseye. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Zerorez. The scheduling was easy, the communication was great, Charles the technician was superb and the results were excellent. The cleanliness of the carpets exceeded our expectations. We were afraid that because we went with the lowest price (another plus) we were going to get a less than desirable experience. Nothing could be further from the truth. Can’t say enough good things about Charles. He was professional, courteous and completely thorough in his explanation of the process. He paused several times to make sure we were happy with the results and give us the chance to change course if we wanted to. If Charles is representative of the whole Zerorez company, we would use them again in a heartbeat.
While we were grateful to have an earlier timeslot, we were told the tech would be there between 10 AM and 1 PM. We are not expecting anything earlier than 10 AM. I got a text around 815 asking if you could come at 9 AM. We made it work and was grateful for the earlier timeslot, but it caught us offguard, and the family was not able to help prepare for arrival like we thought we would be able to.
The service provided on August 17, 2024 was substandard and we had to call to basically have the service redone. When I called to have someone come back out, I was told it would be at no charge. When the technician got here on September 14, we were told we had to pay an additional $300; and this is after we had already paid over $600 for the initial service. We have been long-tenured customers, but we will not be using Zerorez again, and I will use all social media regarding the poor customer service we received. I called customer service and was advised we were not entitled to a refund for the poor service we received. Keep in mind, we paid almost $1,000. Shame on you!!!!! You just lost a long term customer and word of mouth is the worst kind of advertising you can receive! So disappointed!!!!!
They only clean surface. Wouldn’t do under couches, etc. i don’t think the guy did a good job and not using them again. They’re very expensive too

You guys do a wonderful job! Talking to Tech who was wonderful he said we might have odor come up from the enzymes. We have a sour smell from the bedroom in one area so want to get you guys back out to go over it again. First name removed Phone number removed
The product itself and all its benefits, the time to apply the product and the recover time on the carpets. The results are amazing along with the technician who came and delivered.

Carpets look great and I love the nontoxic cleaners but even with the additional pet treatment, we can still faintly smell dog urine in one of the rooms.
Our technician was Paul, I believe, and he was amazing. I would be happy to see him again.
