3. QUIT ASKING FOR DRIVER TIPS!!! You are playing the driver most likely a high salary and the customer should not be given the pressure to tip.
4. Offer seniors and disable veterans a special discount
5. Quit sending out so many emails. Seems like I am getting an email every week or two.

Stop with the hard up selling from your technicians when they arrive. That should be done as part of the original quote. It comes off as a bait and switch when you're tech is in my home and he makes you feel like you are getting less than a great cleaning of you First name removed't upgrade. I was on the verge of just telling them to leave without doing the carpet cleaning at all.

Technicians are professional, personable, and highly competent. Your pricing is reasonable. My floors always look great afterwards. The drawing time is minimal.
