I spent an entire day cleaning one room with various chemicals using the rented system from the big-box store and got terrible results. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. My technician cleaned that room twice and it's like brand-new.
Their chemistry-magic works wonders and I would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the cleaning of our carpet and the friendliness of the service man.
I wrote a review earlier to express my disappointment with how fast the job was completed (tech in and out in 20 mins - including pymt!) and how the $99 "deal" ending up costing almost $150!! Why are the $25 + $10 fees not clear when booking? I think it is very misleading to offer $99 special, then charge $10 and call it a minimum residential charge. We have used your service several times before, and the quality of the cleaning varies a lot depending on the tech. This last young man was polite and friendly, but when he said right away "this won't take long" - that was not a good sign.

Cleaner should have worn booties over his shed
$54 for a small area rug was excessive as no special cleaning product or technique was used.
Cleaner did arrive on time and was efficient. Not sure what I was expecting but felt like the cleaning was nothing special.

My carpet should have been dry in 3-4 hours. It was still wet at 10:30 pm but cleaned at noon.
Therefore I could not serve dinner at the table or have my furniture moved back.

I liked that the representative was willing to implement pet treatment partially is certain area not the whole house due to the age of the carpet.
Quick and Easy Experience. The technician came in and looked at the area to be cleaned. Then he explained what he would be doing and started the job. 30 minutes later he was done and packing up! He did a great job and I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

"Disappointing Experience with Zerorez
I've been a loyal Zerorez customer for years, drawn to their no-soap cleaning method. While my initial experiences were positive, my recent cleaning left me disappointed.
Despite light soiling, the high-traffic areas didn't clean up as expected. The technician's insistence on using a black light to highlight pet stains and the subsequent upsell felt unnecessary, especially since I also have a black light and found only a few minor stains in a seldom-used room.
When I reached out to customer service with my concerns, the representative seemed indifferent. While a re-cleaning is scheduled, the significant delay and lack of follow-up from a supervisor are frustrating.
I'm hesitant to recommend Zerorez based on this experience. Perhaps a bit of soap could have made a difference."
