The technician was able to address spot treatment for our white carpet and after steaming and cleaning, the spot came out. Hurrah! He was punctual and knowledgeable of the product and service. He offered other services; however, we declined as we were not interested at this time. We will continue to call Zerorez for future carpet cleaning needs.

After everything had dried. It just doesn't look that great. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I don't see any changes in some areas.

Technician was very friendly and the carpet cleaning was outstanding! However, after he left I discovered the following: Corner guards weren't used, so my baseboards sustained some damage from the hoses rubbing against them and they will need to be filled and repainted. In two areas, my outlets had been used. The wallflower air fresheners had subsequently been plugged back in upside down. The oil then poured out onto the floor which destroyed my baseboards - they are painted in a water-based paint, so the oil caused them to bubble and peel so I will need to sand and repaint them. In the bedroom I noticed marks on the wall which turned out to be gouge marks down to the plaster so I will need to patch/repair/paint those areas as well. So for the carpets, service was a solid A+. For the careful treatment of my home, not so much....

Technician was excellent. Arrived within the time window as promised.

1. Tell your people not to lower home owners a/c without their approval.
2. DO UNPLUG DEVICES HOME OWNER HAS PLUGGED IN tell home owner of any issue they have with a device and let home owner make the decision
3. QUIT ASKING FOR DRIVER TIPS!!! You are playing the driver most likely a high salary and the customer should not be given the pressure to tip.
4. Offer seniors and disable veterans a special discount
5. Quit sending out so many emails. Seems like I am getting an email every week or two.
