I was glad Zero Rez chose to return to our house to redo the carpet which showed a lot of dirt. They cleaned the carpet again and it seems to look better. The technician thought the dirt was due to our labrador retriever's coat shedding - dog hair sunk deep into carpet....... This is confusing because we have had the dog on this carpet (time to time) for 8 years, and never before were we told the dog hair is a problem in keeping carpet clean.

They made it right, much respect for their technicians. Job well done

The minimum charges are too high. I only have 2 rooms of carpet in my home, but due to the "minimum" charge, the least I can get them cleaned for is $135, out the door.

Previously, my carpets were dry within approximately 4-6 hours. The last cleaning, it took 12+ hours for them to dry completely. Don't know if this is due to a new process, or variations in the technician's skill level.

They were able to clean our carpets right before Thanksgiving.

I'm a little concerned about this cleaning process.
It took a couple of hours when we had this done a few years ago and we had to fan dry everything overnight BUT technology may have changed since then. He was in and out in under 45 minutes and the furniture was completely dry.
Has the process changed?

Easy to schedule services. Cleaner was on time and very respectful. Listened to my concerns and finished ahead of schedule.

I understood that there would be an extra charge for pet odor removal. However, to pump the bill up an additional $300 was outrageous. I feel like my elderly husband was taken advantage of.
Then, he was told he had 30 days for warranty coverage. When he called to come back, he was told that the pet odor treatment wasn’t covered. He was told a manager would call him.
No call.

So other than refunding the extra outrageous charge, I cannot imagine what you could do to make this right. You have lost a customer.

I requested Jose "Joe" to come out to correct what the new guy, Chris, had not done properly. Joe did not say anything negative about what he saw and as he took pictures. He explained that a supervisor normally would have come out with Chris when he returned to do the job as needed. Joe did the job as excellent as he did the last time he was here. He should be given a bonus for his professionalism and doing a job of the level of service of which Zerorez represents to perform for customers. If Joe cannot do my carpet going forward because he has been transferred to the Frisco area, I will not be using Zerorez. Chris needs to have supervision until he can clean carpets correctly. Missing spots to clean, leaving streaks from the machine wand, and not moving three pieces of furniture to clean under was very disappointing to me. Thank God for Joe's talent and commitment to excellence in service!
