I love how my carpets look after Zerorez cleans them! The service techs are always knowledgeable and friendly! They go above and beyond! I also love how easy it is to book an appointment! Always a great experience!!

Pablo and Nick were excellent in explaining the process, what was needed and expected dry time. We paid extra for some pet spots and are having no residual issues or smells. Thank you
The hallways and heavy traffic areas should have been run three times or more. There are patches of darker and lighter colors in the same veins/areas. I believe it will all be mostly uniform if done three runs.
I was told during the appointment that those heavy traffic discoloration will mostly go away.

A highly visible stain was missed and not cleaned by your person. Every stain near this was cleaned however. It’s not clear why this was missed.

Great Job cleaning my sofá and loveset, rug, and carpet.
Bobby called 30 minutes ahead of arrival time. He was very nice and did a great job.
I was a little upset to find out that i was told on the phone that with my pets stains and the room it was gonna cost $150-160. Then if i wanted to treat the spots it was gonna cost me $200 when they got there.

The tech Evan showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend Zerorez and have to anyone wanting a no frills,no hassle or hustle carpet service.
I like that you don’t use soap so no residue. I don’t remember the tech’s name but he was very professional and helpful. He worked very hard on a couple of spots. Arrival time was 10-1 and he arrived at 10 which I really appreciated. I will always use Zerorez.

There were areas that were not cleaned in the living room. A love seat was pulled out so he could clean behind it and I assumed he would pull it back to clean under it. We would have helped him move it if he had asked. There are still spots in some places that he didn't get out. Very nice fellow, just not efficient. We have used you twice before and were very satisfied but not this time.
