Quick and efficient! Got them out ASAP and helped us clean our carpets before moving out of our home.
Our tech was very friendly and helpful. The reason for my low rating is that he kept referring to my "wife" and "the Mrs." While the intent of this generalization may have not been to be exclusionary, I need to point out that I am a gay man, and that when you walk into my home, you can see photos of my partner and I throughout the house. Additionally, my partner was home and working in the study when the tech arrived.
I work as a DEI consultant, and I am constantly educating others on the importance of being inclusive, using inclusive language, and not making assumptions. And, here I was IN MY OWN HOUSE facing a microaggression. At the first mention of "your wife," I indicated that my partner and I had a dog. However, when the technician continued to say "when your wife gets home, when she walks around, etc." I could only interpret the actions from the technician as intentional, and not an oversight.
While I am pleased with the work that the technician performed, and while I am pleased with the service that Zerorez provided, I'm not pleased with how I was made to feel in my own home by the language that the technician chose to continuously use. Please provide better DEI training to your technicians.

Very happy with service.
Had a window from 8am-10am. Technician called at 730 and said they would be there in 50min. Technician never showed up and called at 930am asking if anything happened. The communication was poor and sent someone from 10am-11am. It was my daughter’s birthday and I had many errands to run and that’s why I chose an early time slot. Technician then finished in 40 min and if felt rushed. I had 4 rooms and noticed my bill shows 3 rooms for the discount of $33/per room and then a $50 charge for a “full room wall to wall”. My king bed was still in the room and entertainment center so it wasn’t wall to wall. I would like for the charge to be changed or to have someone clean the room wall to wall if that’s what I was charged. From my experience I can’t say that I would use the service again or recommend

The dirt is probably gone. The carpet looked great when the cleaner left. However by the next morning the stains are back and the pet smell. Bummer that there was also an upsale for the pet odor removal. Doubled my price. The service was great just not the outcome I had hoped for.
I chose the company because the price was fair. The technician showed up on time and did a wonderful job. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Great company!

This company is fast, efficient and reliable. They had great communication the day of service and made suggestions as to where I may need treatment but didnt pressure me to use it. However, I did, and am very pleased with the outcome.

The tech did an OUTSTANDING job on my car! It had a horrible smell from a drink being spilled in it, and he completely got rid of the smell. Not a trace, and I have a super sense of smell. Thank you, Zerorez!
