Staff and no residue in cleaning carpet and furniture
The Tech, Mario, was personable and professional. He got right to work and did a great job.
This is the second time we have used them. Both times were amazing, very punctual, he listened to me and took care of the problem areas. Per stains and Smell eliminated. Absolutely will use them again.

I have had zero rez come out 2 times over the last 21 days. Was told different things by different technicians. I called to get clarity and the people on the phone were awful. Carpets still have pet smell. They were not that bad to begin with. Do I schedule again
Caesar was prompt and worked hard to get the coffee smell from a spill out of our couch. He was very friendly and told me exactly what the did to solve the problem. The results of his work were excellent!

It’s always so clean
Our floors were wet many hours after the person left. Our stairs were soaking wet and took about 24 hours to dry. There were still some stains left when I rubbed them with some floor cleaner they came out easily so those were not addressed.
I was given excuses about why grout & tile in a brand new house could not be cleaned

Spots in family room carpet are still noticeable. Had your company clean my carpets about 18 months ago. Did a much better job then.
I spent $500 and even had a reserve and can still smell pet urine in the few small spots that were marked.
The service is great and the product seems to hold up and it looks great.
First visit tile cleaning did not get tile clean close to cabinets, walls, island. Large equipment did not allow cleaning close to and under cabinet overhang. Reclean visit, the tech brought smaller equipment and also hand/brush cleaned the dirty areas next to the walls/cabinets. Recommend incorporating that step into the first trip so there is no need for a reclean visit.

We are very thankful for having the carpets cleaned before welcoming a new baby home. We decided to do the deep clean option to really get into the fibers.
There is still residue on my carpet, even after a a second visit to rinse it happened. I have had residue before, but it always came off when you sent another tech to rinse it. This time it is still there. Very, very disappointed.
My white rugs look beautiful! They dried so quickly and are still so soft. My tech Bobby was so professional (he saw small spots I didn’t even see) and yes he got them out. I will never use any other company. Thank you.

Make sure that the agents placing the appointment are more accurate with inputting the information provided by the customer. I gave my email address but never received the confirmation email for the appointment and later called back and spoke with a different agent to change the date and when asked about the confirmation email she said I would get it but I never did. So when I paid Will after finishing my carpet and I asked for a receipt he waited for me to receive the email which never came. He had to call the office and have someone call me back. I told Fernando the email address should have been .net not .com
