I HAVE USED YOU FOR MANY YEARS AND YOUR TECHNICIANS ARE COURTEIUS AND DO A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
We like the residue free cleaning without soaps and detergents. The technician was wonderful, polite, and professional. He did an excellent job. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service we use.
He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of how to clean my carpets in each room. He took his time an explain to me what he had to do. He was very well respected.
He did a horrible job. After the carpet dried the stains came back and he made white spots in various parts of the carpet. The carpet was heavily stained though and I asked for a pet treatment. The one thing that was done right was correcting my bill for an overcharge by the tech

This was my first experience. I love how George took time to explain the process to me. I told him I had a pet and was not sure if she was not having accidents. He had a black light and showed me what was going on and how he would treat several areas. They only use their solution and never hook up to a client home. Most impressed with how light the finished job looked and how quickly it dried. Absolutely no heavy mess and long drying time. So happy with the product and excellent quality and service provided by George. Thank you Zerorez for hiring an experienced professional like George. George provided over the top customer service.
The carpet looked great and customer service excellent. The professional gave advance notice prior to arrival. I only use zerorez for my carpet cleaning because compared to others I have no residue or dirty looking carpet left behind. Well worth the money

The young man that came out and did our carpets. This last time was fabulous. He went over the dark paths and made those old carpets look beautiful. Keep him hired. We want him next time.

The carpet stays clean longer than any other service. My carpet is 19 years old and after you clean it still looks great.
Great service
The tech was very nice and because of that I tipped him. I knew when he was still here and “finished” that I was not happy with the results, like I usually am. He was faster than anyone I’ve ever had out. He was finished with 3rooms and a walk in closet in 35 min. Very fast! And it showed. The carpet in my closet looked and felt almost untouched. I knew it had been touched because it was wet but it was still smashed down , not fluffy like a freshly steamed carpet. The theater room had multiple stains that were still visible. I didn’t expect them to be 100%gone since I didn’t pay for the extra stain removal chemicals but I did expect them to look better. I know what to expect because I’ve used zero Rez many times in the last and I’m always pleased. But not this time. I called customer service to see if I could use the 100%satisfaction guarantee that you have, and they denied me that! Apparently my signature on his phone was voiding your gaurantee! I did not know that! He didn’t explain that at all. I thought I was signing that he had completed the job. I won’t be using zerorez any longer.
