Got my carpet clean on 10/9/24 to remove pet order. And it smells worse.
Every step was explained well. He discussed the products he would use before getting started.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH ZEROREZ THIS TIME! I HAVE USED YOUR COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND UNDERSTAND THAT TODAYS ECONOMY HAS FORCED MANY BUSINESSES TO HAVE TO INCREASE PRICES. I WAS USED TO THE $99 FOR 3 ROOMS PROMO AND NOW IT IS $109. I WAS ALL RIGHT WITH THAT BUT THEN A $25 SERVICE CHARGE WAS ANOTHER NEW CHARGE. THEN THE ONE THAT REALLY GOT ME WAS $40 FOR A VERY SHORT HALLWAY BETWEEN THE 2 BEDROOMS. EACH OF THE BEDROOMS ARE SMALLER THAN THE 200 PLUS SQUARE FT ALLOWED FOR EACH ROOM AND WAS CHARGED ALMOST AS MUCH AS EACH ROOM. ALSO IT LOOKED LIKE THE SPOTS WERE REMOVED WELL WHILE WET BUT WHEN I CAM BACK THE NEXT DAY WHILE THE FANS WERE RUNNING AND IT WAS ALL DRY, THERE WERE SEVERAL SPOTS SHOWING. I USED SOME CARPET SPOT REMOVER AND THEY CAME OUT.
Tile floor cleaning did a great job. Floor looks brand new.
Will see Monday if the carpet cleaning gets corrected. I already got a call from Mitzi & explained & rescheduled the cleaning.
They do a good job, fast and efficient and clean up after themselves.

This is why I have been using Zerorez for over 7 years now.
We had pet odor in our carpet. We paid for the pet enzyme treatment. The odor was still there the next day, so I called to get a re-service. The technician came back and cleaned the carpets again and we're still smelling the odor. Also, our second appointment window was from 2:00-5:00 PM and he tried to come in the morning when I was at work.
Timeliness, careful action taken in my house, and the technician was thorough. He explained the process and anything that came up during the visit.
The tech pre spotted the carpets, cleaned them in an appropriate amount of time, turned on the ceiling fans as he went and didn’t make a mess.

The tech and his equipment were spot on, never had our carpets cleaned before, ever, and they look brand new now. Tech was amazing. He communicated the whole time and did amazing work.

When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically asked for the technician that I had last time. The scheduler told me that was Bobby and that he would be available the following day between noon and 3:00. She said, if for some reason he wasn’t available, she would definitely call me back. The next day someone different showed up an hour early. When he told me that he didn’t have anything to put under the legs of the furniture, ( as you have always done before), I suggested we reschedule. He said the.”blocks” are on back order, and he had no way of knowing when they might be available. He set up, cleaned and was gone in less than an hour. I still have the same dirty spots on my carpet. When I pointed this out, he gave me the excuse that the carpet was worn because it was a traffic pattern. The spots weren’t even in a traffic area. He also did not offer the air duct inspection. I did call your office today and gave the same concerns, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. I guess my next step is to post online.
Every part of this process was simple, the technician who came to my home was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and my floors look amazing! I would definitely recommend Zerorez!
