By far, one of the best technicians I have ever encountered in all of my life not only was he respectful of my home he was respectful of conversation and he had a beautiful story. He took care of my carpets with no problem and even with the extra mile when I hire you guys back in a couple of months, I only want him.

There are too many problems that happen that day for me to explain, and after it finally did get done it does not even have an air freshener smell I am so disappointed I had seen you on TV how good you did and how for air freshening the room was I did not get that plus there were problems with the equipment. The truck had to be replaced. Just a zoo. So the tech was at my home for sometime. I was unable to do the things I had planned to do so no I will not be using you again. The carpet smells like it was clean with something, but does not have a refreshing smell I had to spray it in order for the room to smell better

Technician, Ricardo, was very prompt in arriving. He explained each step he was taking, made sure our inlet vents in the walls were cleaned, as well as the air ducts. He showed us the before and after pictures. He also cleaned the coil in our A/C which was an extra, but necessary charge. While cleaning our dryer vent, he noticed the duct in the attic had become dislodged and was able to reconnect it for a better outflow. Ricardo was professional, congenial and very respectful. We were very impressed with this young man.

Service was very thorough but quickly completed...permitting restoration of normal activites in a timely manner.

Not only was the first visit great, I got a quick revisit for couple of touch ups. What great service. Absolutely would recommend this service and when I need my carpet cleaned again, no doubt I will once again use Zerorez.

The cleaning technician just wanted to add on and take as much money as he could.I have used you for many years and never have they charged extra for my living room.The room is big but the carpet is not and he charged extra and wanted dot keep adding. He was not the usual accommodating and kind person we usually have had.

Very thorough and polite. He even did a small hallway that wasn’t included in the price. Hope that doesn’t get him into any trouble. He took time after he was done to sit and explain what needed to be done and the time for drying. Roberto was a very nice and courteous man.
