I hired the company to do a job. I didn't hire the company to try to upsell me on more services. I also don't need to be told how to do my job which is not carpet cleaning.
No soap residue. Clean smell when finished. Technicians do a great job. Our technician Randy was very knowledgeable and efficient.

In the past carpet cleaners have pretreated spots before they started the actual carpet cleaning. This was not done. Instead the cleaner had the spot spray in his hand. He sprayed just before cleaning. As such, several spots remain. They are rust colored from water. He was friendly and did the job very quickly. He did go over some spots more than once, but wasn’t successful in removing the stain.
Dirty area came back after drying
Fabian my tech, did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. He sprayed each room with the amazing orange peel oil and thoroughly vacuumed each room! Then he gave me some advice on a yellow jacket problem I had!
I will use Zerorez again and share with others!

They caused water damage to my carpet. Once I requested Zerorez return and try to fix the issue they caused, they billed me for the repair. I had reached out to the office manager and she did not return my call. Up until this issue, I had been utilizing Zerorez for almost 20 years. Poor management decision.
As I have stated before, we received substandard service on the first visit. We were long time clients. Had another tech come out to rectify the situation. Those two visits cost us almost $1,000 and the second tech actually took pictures of the missed areas. I feel we should be reimbursed for the substandard service we received. I will go on social media to make sure others know of the situation. You all just lost a long-tenured client. SHAME ON YOU!
