Your service people were courteous, professional and informative.
I have always preferred using Zerorez since they use chemical free products. But the last couple of times I've had them out, I have had to call them back to re-do a couple of the areas. When you have off-white carpet and off-white sofa, it is imperative they make sure all areas are cleaned even if they have to go over them a couple of times before they leave!. Over the years I have had very good technicians that I consider senior techs and are excellent and knowledgeable and seem to take pride in the end result and others that are either new techs and not fully trained or don't care!!!+ My last visit ended the same and I had to have one 3x3 area touched-up again. After couple of days drying, I am seeing another small yellowish area that should have been included in that area! Maybe Zeroez should add another week or two in training their technicians!!!
My master bedroom room was disappointing. Did not clean well. Many spots did not come out. My guest rooms on the other hand were beautiful. He gave me great advice for smell elimination. I would use him again.
One of the rooms I had the extraction done on still has the urine odor.

The technician was timely, friendly, efficient and removed some pretty nasty stains.
Tech arrived later than scheduled window of time. Extra money paid to neutralize pet urine was ineffective.
Technician was able to remove stains we could not as well as another company that attempted to remove the stains.
The service was great, reasonable and the technician was super nice
I requested pet soil removal but you can still see stains with the black light. Also there was a tremendous overspray on my leather sectional and my bookcase. The overspray on the sectional on one corner was clear on the top.

The written bid was never given to our service provider.
He showed up and no pre knowledge of cleaning inventory other than “rugs and some upholstered furniture.”
When we described, during the bid process, that we had hide rugs, whoever bid the work, did not say that you don’t clean hides.
Had we known that we might have gone a different direction since three of the rugs are hide. Seems a bit untruthful to gain our business.
So on the day of the cleaning, that couldnt be cleaned.
We also couldn’t get one of our chairs cleaned because it was natural fibers containing linen. No one ever asked us about the fabric or said that linen couldn’t be cleaned sueinf Th bid process.
It’s odd that you put a service provider in a position of asking for a tip.
He was very nice, but clearly your communications during the bidding process all of the way through to providing an accurate understanding of what needs to be cleaned to the service provider needs work.
