Great attention to detail. Looks terrific, best I have ever had done before. Our house smells fresh. If you're looking for a better clean try Zerorez. I used Stanley before and their is absolutely no comparison.

We were happy and had a great experience with our house cleaning. I can not remmeber the gentleman's name but he was very good at recommending to me, showing me results as he went, and making sure we were satisfied with the overall service.

The tech seemed to have equipment issues. Carpet was not clean as usual

I had my home treated for pet stains and all that went very well. The technician was wonderful and the carpets looked amazing. However, the following week the pet odor kept getting stronger - to where I can't even sleep in this room comfortably. When I called to see if I could use the 100% satisfaction guarantee, I was told that I would have to upgrade to the $75 per square foot deep clean. I understand that this step might be in my future, but in my mind, I was dissatisfied with the outcome of the original cleaning, so I was expecting you to honor the 30 day stipulation and come re-clean the area.

Your representative was very nice, dressed nice and didn’t waste time getting to work. My rugs look great and the whole process was easy.
