You shrunk my dining area rug and have come out twice to put books on it and it still have
lumps in it and the tech said management would call me and you haven't called me and I don't want to pay you $150,00 for shrinking my dining area rug.

Inform customers upfront about the area rug charges and how they are calculated, I was never told how I would be charged about my area rug, which I DID NOT get cleaned due to last minute charges to be included.

The Zerorez-Water(tm) and the gel that the cleaner applied was very efficient to the white fabric of my captain accent chair. Therefore, I assume it does the same to the fabrics of my antique sofa and loveseat. The cleaner was very diligent and hard working.

When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically asked for the technician that I had last time. The scheduler told me that was Bobby and that he would be available the following day between noon and 3:00. She said, if for some reason he wasn’t available, she would definitely call me back. The next day someone different showed up an hour early. When he told me that he didn’t have anything to put under the legs of the furniture, ( as you have always done before), I suggested we reschedule. He said the.”blocks” are on back order, and he had no way of knowing when they might be available. He set up, cleaned and was gone in less than an hour. I still have the same dirty spots on my carpet. When I pointed this out, he gave me the excuse that the carpet was worn because it was a traffic pattern. The spots weren’t even in a traffic area. He also did not offer the air duct inspection. I did call your office today and gave the same concerns, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. I guess my next step is to post online.
