Prices was clean and simple. We have liked the fact that there were no odors or chemicals smell involved in the cleaning process.
The no residue left behind. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole cleaning process could use a stronger fresh scent left behind . We didn’t smell anything after cleaning????Some Customers want to smell a bold fresh clean scent after carpet cleaning.Just a suggestion!!!!

Wasted hours of the day having to coax a disrespectful tech to do his job, and convince management to prioritize customer service over their internal meetings. Difficult to talk to managers because they had “meetings”, meanwhile the tech spoke to managers before he left property and was later told to come back by another manager.
Alberto was a very hard worker and did not pressure me for add ons. He was very concerned that I approved of his work in each of the areas he cleaned.

There was dog urine in the master bedroom. I paid $300+ over the basic price to treat and remedy the problem. It smelled and looked good when he left yesterday afternoon. Today, the urine smell is still there and we are significantly disappointed.
Technician Bobby did an excellent job. He was very professional, helpful, and refreshingly proud of working for Zerorez!

Air duct cleaning is very expensive. Extremely high quote for sofa and rug cleaning. They change pricing every day. Unreliable and not trust worthy.
