We were first-time customers and were very pleased with Zerorez! It was easy to get an appointment, and they serviced us quickly. The service technician (William) was very professional and helpful. He did a very thorough job cleaning multiple rooms, stairs, and a hallway. He was able to get out beverage stains for our heavy traffic hallway and refreshed and lifted the carpet on our stairs.
The whole process was great.
Paul and Charles were extremely helpful and professional. They walked me through all my options for our new home and were so polite. I requested them to clean our old home as well. I was grateful they were able to accommodate our request and service both. I would highly recommend them! Fantastic customer service!

There was a stain that they could not get out but I’m not sure how much he tried because my aunt got it out so I feel like we spent a lot or money to not have the stains removed
The thing I wanted cleaned the most was a walkin closet that a repairman had dripped rust water on. it was a new carpet. Zeroez charged $45 to use a spot cleaner and it looked horrible when it dried. Orange spots everywhere. Way worse then before they came. I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and it looks better. I also had them clean two area rugs. The 5x7 looks as if it wasn't touched. HUGE waste of money there. I can't use it. The other bedroom rugs that were cleaned were fine, they are old so I wasn't expecting the dirt that shows the traffic pattern to be cleaned. Not too impressed with the Zerorez technology. The guys that came were very polite, one was a trainee. It's just that the carpets didn't look clean after they dried.
Timely arrival, communicated options and plans thoroughly, allowed me to view captured water. Yuk! lol. Bobby J was professional and efficient.

I hope Zerorez recognizes what a valuable asset it has to have Triston. He is professional, hardworking, pleasant and takes no breaks. Our house was an absolute disaster and he didn't blink an eye...he got right to work and what a difference that cleaning made! We will certainly ask for him the next time our carpet needs cleaning.
