great customer service! always see a huge difference after my carpets are clean. appointments are usually very easy to get. The technician calls ahead of time to tell you when he will be there. I like that no chemicals are used. Carpet is the only thing I've had done, but I've been a customer for about 10 years. The prices for carpet cleaning are affordable.
My technician was very nice, and did an excellent job! I'll request him next time.
I had the upholstery cleaned on a chair. It looks brand new and dried in a couple hours. There is not funny smell either.
Our tech, Julian was very helpful! He was on time, kind respectful of our home. He said understood the problems we were facing in a situation of dirty renters and he got it smelling fresh and it was hassle free on my part!
Technician couldn’t get equipment to work. Finally, after 2 hours, you sent someone else out to help the first guy. When wet, the carpet looked ok, but as it dried, the stains came back and now it looks worse than before.
Ever since our carpet cleaning we’ve been finding these little black bugs in our home. I’m not sure if they are carpet beetles or something else but we had never seen one until that day. So very strange.
The individual who came out to service my carpets was extremely professional and straight to the point. 10/10 would hire again and would ask for himself.
This appointment was for a church - a couple of nursery rooms. Zerorez has cleaned my carpets at home a couple of times and they were the first service I thought of when this need came up.
Our cleaner (Jesse) was punctual (even early!). He explained what he would be doing and answered several questions I had about the process.
Following the cleaning, the carpets looked wonderful - several stains I had noted came up completely. One thing I have noted about Zerorez is that the stains don't tend to come back, and the carpets seem to stay clean longer - I think because there is no chemical residue left behind to attract dirt.
We're very pleased and would recommend Zerorez without hesitation.
They were professional and Javier was great!!! They were in and out in no time and cleaned up after wards.

I like the service technician who cleaned the carpets. I am aggravated by the fact that zero rez needs to charge extra to get smells from pets out of the carpet. It's crazy for me to spend $220. For three areas plus the stairs and not get 100% odor free, clean carpets. Too much nickel and dime when others can get it done without charging extra.

I am not sure if the guy really got my couch cleaned. I thought for sure a nice pretty smell would be left on my couch. The really bad thing is that the machine stopped working as he got close to the end. He managed to get the machine going again for the little bit he had to complete.
It was a sleeper couch and he said he only could do the outside and nothing more.
The tech was very knowlegable, and he explained all that was to done. He also answered any and all questions that we had. He did a great job, and we are very satisfied.
