Due to you sending report of my dog's nipping your tech to an attorney which looks like awe are in for a legal procedure, I will not be recommending your company to anyone nor will I be using you services again.. My dog was on a leash and sitting calmly beside me when your tech walked close to him. evejnyour tech said that was the problem. Now we may have to pay a lawyer to protect my small dog from drastic measures.

I like that you don't use soap when cleaning carpets. Alberto cleaned our carpets on August 1st and he did an excellent job. I'll request that you send him again in the future.
We have been using Zerorez for over 8 years. Best carpet cleaning company in DFW.
But unfortunately, this last cleaning we had wasn’t very good and was very much rushed. We don’t get the usual amazing Zerorez service and clean

I have used Zerorez for years. Everyone has been courteous and thoughtful. They show up and do a great job. They have taken out stains I couldn’t get out myself using vinegar and water. I tell everyone who mention they need their carpet cleaned. Only Zerorez for me.

The technician was knowledgeable and knocked the job out very efficiently. He was also knowledgeable about other products and services and was not pushy about any of them. Just gave the reason for the extras and made the offers.

Duly granted your technician did return and re-treated the stains that didn't come out the first time but I scheduled 3 rooms for $99 and paid over $600.00!! The room with the strong odor I was told on the 2nd visit would cost me more to be treated again. I don't understand what I paid so much for and the problem wasn't addressed...

We are always amazed at how clean our carpets are after Zerorez treatments! Very impressive and with little effort on our part. This time we also used your services to clean our sectional couch and are equally impressed! Fabian did a careful and thorough job on all of it, including the cushions and pillows that come with it.
