I was pleased with how clean the carpet was after the technician completed the job. My dog had diarrhea on my carpet and there is no smell or residue left on the carpet. I have used
Zerorez for about 3 years now and they have always exceeded my expectations.

I believe the tile in certain areas could have been clean better even in a small space since we were paying for a service

My cleaner guy was GREAT and so professional, but some spots look worse and didn’t come out so I would probably go back to my old company just for that reason.

You are easy to schedule, and the technician is pleasant and a good worker. The job was done quickly, but well. This is not the first time we have used ZeroRez for carpet cleaning, and I know it won't be the last, either.

I feel t all depends on the technician. In 2023, I had a wonderful technician. A year later, 2024, the service was meroricity.
Easy to schedule; great technician; carpets are really clean.
I have had great carpet cleanings in the past but this one was not good. We tripled the original price we booked because of stain treatments, which was fine but we still have a lot of stains left.
Quick, reasonable price, great results
They totally overcharged us. We told them not to do the rooms with the bleach stains because we knew they wouldn't com out, but they did them anyway and charged us. They did another room that had no stains and charged us. Most of the stains didn't come out. Looks worse now than it did before. We will probably have to replace the carpet.
They did absolutely nothing but get the carpets wet. Mi or surface level stains are still there. Once carpets were dried I grabbed a wet wash cloth and gently scrubbed and they came out. Do not waste time or money on this company

We have lived in our house for 5 1/2 years and had never had our carpets clean. With our third baby on the way I decided to give Zerorez a try. We are so happy with the results and to be walking on cleaner carpets!!

The carpet was very clean and the drying time was minimal.
Very fast friendly and professional. I've had other companies clean the dryer vents and hoses and it was never quite as good as Zerorez

We told the technician to clean the downstairs carpets and he only cleaned the upstairs carpets!!!!!

ZeroRez created water damage to my carpet. And then had the audacity to bill me for the “re-do.” The area remains unsightly and damaged.
I would have been better off not calling ZEROREZ to begin with. I reached out to the office to discuss this with “the manager” but my call was never returned.
I have been a customer since 2008 and was certainly NOT treated accordingly.
The third tech even face timed Bo (spelling?) and got Bo’s POV on the situation. I was there for the conversation, Bo admitted it was water damage. The third technician did as Bo suggested to address w/ a low PSI, no flashing and then spray. Dee did exactly that and made it look better, but it’s still visible.
Dee tried to get his service free because clearly he was aware it was ZEROREZ’s fault. However, when he reached out to the office, they insisted he bill me.
And for the “manager” to ignore my call upon Dee’s departure, it’s just wrong.
I would never recommend ZEROREZ again.
