Ive been using zerorez for years and they are still the best. All our carpets and upholstery come out so clean and fresh. The technicians are all top notch and really understand what they are doing as well. I went and also had my air ducts cleaned this time. I can already tell such a difference in the air quality in our home. Wow! So so pleased and happy with this company. I’ll be a lifelong customer!
Have more reasonable prices. If my special was $99 for 3 rooms, how would a disinfectant spray would cost almost double?
I received the most professional and helpful employee who was very helpful to inform me of what I needed to restore, clean and sanatize my carpet. I have a small dog, 2 years old. She has has many accidents on my carpet with spots showing up now after 2 yrs. They restored my carpet back to looking NEW and got rid of all smells, bacteria, and dark spots. I am more than pleased!!! I have used Zerorez for 3 years and they have my recommendation for sure!!! Thanks,

I like there are no chemicals. The service was great and the tech was very professional. I would request on my next service the water extraction be more. I thought it was just a bit wetter than it should be.
Just had my carpet cleaned and while you remove the urine stains, the carpet is still yellowish. Very disappointed.
The price. He wouldn’t take off his shoes. EVERYTHING WAS EXTRA. EVERY LITTLE INSIGNIFICANT THING. How do you have the balls to ask for tips for the workers when you charge $500?
