From the first phone call to service, I was very pleased. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. My area rugs look like new.
You give a quote and then inflate the price at time of service
1. Show up with a machine that works. 2. Get dirt and stains out of rugs.
3. Return calls from customers.

George was fabulous! He spent time deeply and thoroughly cleaning my carpet. He was professional and respectful.
This experience compared to my last was not as great. The technician did not take as much time as the last tech. I paid 100$ more for the same service as last time and he did way less.
My carpet isn't soft it's feels gunky.
He charged me for "special" fluid for the pet treatment, but I didn't see him treat the area with anything different than the rest of the carpet.
Wasn't offered the rangers tickets.

The technician,Paul, did an outstanding job. He was courteous, professional, had great manners. He did an outstanding job.
We needed roughly 3 rooms cleaned with pet solution. We were told it would take roughly 4 gallons. He used 12 gallons and it cost us $1200. It would have been nice to know it was going to take three times as much, but we were not told that until it was completed. I feel it was a bait and switch technique. I probably could have replaced the entire carpet for $1200. I’m a little upset about it.

The technician did not pretreat any stains and there are a lot of stain left. He said they would not come out and we have used a spot cleaner and got some out. He was in a hurry and did not try.

I used your company several times and have referred customers to you as well over the last couple of years. But this last time, the level of customer service from the phone agent is disappointing. I am pleased with the technician that came to my home (Dee). I don’t understand why you have phone agents if they are going to provide inaccurate information and quotes. I specifically called to get pricing and to confirm that your company offers area rug cleaning off site. I advised the agent I have hardwood floors and the cleaning could not be done onsite. She proceeded to advise that she understood and quoted a price appropriately $200 and scheduled the appointment. To
My surprise when the tech arrived he was pulling out his equipment and I advised the rugs were to be picked up. He immediately came in assessed the rugs and quoted a price 3x the amount I was initially quoted $600+. I am not happy about the misrepresentation as I could have called around to get other quotes had I known the cost.
Jose was great with explanations, attention to detail in the job he did. He is someone who clearly likes what he does for a living and he reflects that in every way.
