Did a good job of cleaning my carpets. Was pretty thorough and on time.

My tile started cracking the day after having my grout cleaned. I got a response from a manager of yours and it was an issue that i didn't have pictures taken before getting the tile fixed (We are currently trying to sell our house and had an open house and showings the next day) . A few days later it cracked in a different area so i took the before pictures and emailed them to a manager and never got a response back. This email was sent on June 28th. The cleaning that was done was amazing and I was really impressed. But the lack of response has made this an unpleasant experience. We have never had this issue with our tile before and the timing of this happening was not ideal.

Please make sure that truck and attendant has proper equipment ( extended hose) a truck that does not leak oil and can park in driveway to facilitate cleaning. I don't want to hear excuses regarding the size of the house especially as I am a repeat customer.

My guy was very knowledgeable and friendly, he did a great job!
Did what was communicated. $969 for 1 technician working less than 1-hour. Tech did not know what kind of solution he was using or if like with hydrogen peroxide requires some time to soak in order to truly kill gemes and bacteria. Tech was vacuming immediately after spraying his solution.
Bottom line is service was okay however the value was not alined with fee. Not worth such a premium expense. Will think again about going back to old service company.
My technician was friendly and knew how to get our needs exceeded. The services achieve ever goal and it was one of the most positive carpet cleaning experiences I have ever had. 5 stars!!!!

My carpets look great. Javier was friendly, professional and efficient. He was respectful of my home, was careful to clean around the furniture that couldn't be moved and helped me move what could. I am very pleased and will use your services again.
The company should furnish taller ladders to the technicians so they can clean lint from outside dryer vent. This was no fault of the technician. I feel like the job was not fully completed.
