Technician very professionl. Treats your home & carpet with th utmost care.
It took 30 minutes to clean 3 rooms of carpet. I was expecting it to take 2 hours! As a mom of 4 very young children, scheduling an appointment like that usually really interrupts our day. I'm so happy to know that we can get our carpets consistently cleaned and it's not a huge ordeal!

They do Great Job of making my carpets look like New......like when it was installed several years ago..Since I got the new carpet installed Zero is the only company that has cleaned it!!!!
When a mistake is made on the technician end a compensation that appears to be more of a compensation would be greatly appreciated. I paid for 4 rooms at $99, a water hose broke all over my custom granite kitchen counters and floors. Although the technician was VERY NICE, the product in the water left film over my counters. We understand accidents happen and offering reduce my price to 3 rooms for $99 & 10% off & to come back out on a different day to complete the room that was initially scheduled for the same price is not a great customer appreciation or let me assist with the additional cost your family will be out of to get your counters cleaned!

William did an outstanding job. He removed stains the last person couldn't get out. I asked him to clean the tile in the shower and he gave me a price and he did the job. It looks like new. He used protectors on each corner where he pulled the hose. No paint chips. You have a winner with William.

We were long-time Zerorez customers in Minnesota before we moved to Texas last fall. I was very impressed by Joe's work and his positive attitude of service on a miserably hot day. And the rugs look great!!

We recieved a hurried job there is a buffer pad circle in our floor. There is splatter circles in the floor where wax was not spread. There is places under an open door that has no wax. The wax manufacturer recommends 4 to 5 layers of wax for an ideal job. There is splatter blotched wax in the men’s room with hair in the wax around the toilet. It’s been 10 years since the floors were done. It took 5 hours to move furniture. And still got a 45 percent or less job.

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. And he did a great job. Carpets look great.
I like the fact that the technician called to see if he could arrive early. That was great when the norm is arriving in a 4-hour window! Also, the job was finished inside of 1 1/2 hrs. Drying time was also improved over other companies service.
Also thrilled with the price and the promotion of 4 Texas Rangers tickets that will be coming.
