At first I thought three service helped the smell, but as the carpet dried, the smell came back with a vengeance. The tech only worked on the rug for a few minutes but assured me he went over it several times. I disagree but wasn't prepared to argue.

The carpet was left soaking wet. It was wet for almost 36 hours and that was with the AC running and fans running in each room.
The service was easy to schedule and the technician was on time, professional and friendly.
Hard to pay 400. On an offer of 130. Synthetic rugs should be less $. My Technician was great!

Bobby was polite and professional. Our carpets look fantastic. Bobby was able to get dog excrement stains out. One can't tell that there was ever an "accident".
