I do not call anyone but ZeroRez. They are reliable, use quality products and tools, and my carpets have lasted longer because of their service. I also periodically send large floor rugs to their factory to be cleaned, and they come back looking and feeling fresh!
Zerorez technicians are prompt, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning. They have always done a great job in my home!

You could tell the carpets were clean when they finished
So easy, no heavy fumes, dried quickly, and yall did a great job getting up stains
I was disappointed when the additional $25 fee was added to my service at the end of my transaction. At no point had this fee been mentioned during my initial call or the call to confirm my appointment! Even when I asked the rep at the time of the confirmation call, why the fee was more than the $109+tax, she mentioned that due to the condition of my carpet at the time of service, factored into the fee at that time, until the service was complete. It took me two phone calls before someone replied to my question concerning the fee, and then when they did they said they would have to play the call back to see if the person, whom I spoke to at the time mentioned the fee.. Which they didn't!! I am waiting on the manager at this point to return my call, because I want to her the phone call myself to verify, she told me.
At this point I will not be using your service or recommending anyone to you, due to your dishonesty in adding additional fees without letting the customer know!!

The service technicians were prompt, courteous and very efficient. Charles and his partner were very friendly and my four rooms and a hall were clean in a little more than an hour. I am a repeat customer and I'm sure I'll be calling Zerorez again!

Coffee stain in dining area not removed and when I called about it , the woman who answered the phone said it would be an additional charge of $75 for tech to come out and treat stain. Why didn't he do that when he came out originally. I had pointed out the stain to him before he began. Terrible customer service. Won't be using this company again.
