The tech did an OUTSTANDING job on my car! It had a horrible smell from a drink being spilled in it, and he completely got rid of the smell. Not a trace, and I have a super sense of smell. Thank you, Zerorez!

I've used your company at my previous home and now where my parents lived. Jay did explain the fees, and level of cleanliness!! We are more than pleased with the outcome. The carpet was installed this year, but they look brand new again!!
Bobby was on time, fast, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well before and during cleaning process. The carpets were vey clean and the dog odor removal worked like a charm.

The technician was able to address spot treatment for our white carpet and after steaming and cleaning, the spot came out. Hurrah! He was punctual and knowledgeable of the product and service. He offered other services; however, we declined as we were not interested at this time. We will continue to call Zerorez for future carpet cleaning needs.

After everything had dried. It just doesn't look that great. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I don't see any changes in some areas.
