The cleaning method without soap
I had another company come and try to clean the spot since Zerorez was unsuccessful in their attempt. The other company had a lot more success in getting rid of the stain than your company did.
We heard about your service over 10 years ago and tried it out. we like the fact that you don't "pump" harsh cleaning chemicals into our carpet to do the cleaning, just hot water in and vacuum it out with all the dirt and stuff. Good process. We'll continue because your system works.

Great work & prompness
My carpet is clean, and the workers were very polite.
The 3 hr window did not work bc you were 30-40 min late. So I waited around for nothing. What would have worked better for me is a 30-min heads up call before you show up. That way I can run errands or go to work or whatever, but I have 30 min to get home to meet you. That way nobody’s time is wasted.

Removed almost all spots from badly soiled carpet. Technician (Nelson I think) was polite and answered all our questions. He finished entire job quite fast. Very pleased and will be using your services again.

I am somewhat neutral but I have already recommended the company. My carpet was really dirty in track places and the spots were removed but I could still see that it was not the best cleaning. Maybe with another cleaning it will look better. I may try this in the near future, because it is a room where there will be no more activity in it....so it would not get dirty from this cleaning....I am just on a budget and cannot get it cleaned in the next month. I did like that the carpet was not saturated in water after the cleaning and it dried pretty quickly. Thanks
