Pablo was great!!!
We paid for topical and flash treatments and now have spots visible that weren’t there before. Plus the carpet was soaked and took over 24 hours to dry. I am concerned about getting mildew or mold from the moisture.
The technician was very polite and professional, that’s why I gave you a 5.
However, I am disappointed in the product and after spending over $400, I will not be recommending or using your service again.

The carpet started out very dirty and ended up looking great.
The engineer was prompt and very professional. They were able to show me video of my air vents with the before and after pictures. I was Very happy with the support and work.

The technician was professional, clean and quick.
I had a scheduled appointment with the company between 2/5 pm but yet I was called at 10 am, then texted and called at 11 am, and then called and texted again at 12 pm asking if they could show early for my appointment. I wasn’t available for those times and I had to keep reiterating the same information to three different men. I told the manager or operator at the company that I felt harassed and wanted to cancel my appointment. They said that they apologize and would get someone out between my scheduled time but I was never called back to confirm that someone else was coming because the original tech was sent home early. My husband had to get involved and get someone to come way from Carrollton Texas to clean our carpets. It was absolutely unprofessional how we were treated and we were only offered 10%off which was about $28 off of $300. I was stressed and upset at the harassment and felt like I was being rushed because I’m a woman. I understand people wanting to be off Saturdays and getting off work early because of other obligations but this was super unexpected from a company that is heavily advertised on kid kraddick morning show. Sadly disappointed. Won’t be using them again. The tech that did show up did a good job but he wasn’t very talkative about the process and didn’t do the free air vent inspection listed on the receipt. Do better guys with whom you hire to represent your company all around because it definitely starts at the top of the chain.
My carpet in my master bedroom and bedrooms look great. But my couch, which was the most expensive didn’t get done properly. I feel like for that price I shouldn’t still have stains ( that I can take a rag to and get out). It has dark and light spots on where it was done and what was skipped. Also, my couch now has a dirty sock smell to it.
I've used your carpet services for several years. The service/work is always phenomenal and the technicians are amazing, very knowledgeable. Jay and Kevin were very pleasant and organized. Jay explained the process before cleaning even started. He recommended additional service for a difficult stain in one room. He gave us options/cost on the services to choose from. We really liked this approach. The stain was removed and the carpets in all four rooms look outstanding! We also mentioned service for our wood floors in the future. We will be contacting you all again. Great work! Thank you again and again!

Excellent communication, confirmed I made the appointment, gave me a arrival window, let me know they were on their way. Employee was professional and courteous. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and ensured we were pleased with the work before he left.
