Technicians are always knowledgeable and offer excellent advice. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets today took his time and provided excellent service. He did not rush through the job.
Robert did the service, and he was amazing. He took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. He did an amazing jo!
This technician was late. And when I say late, I don’t mean he came 30 minutes within his allotted window, I mean, he was LATE. He showed up about 30 minutes AFTER his allotted time and then it seemed like he rushed thru the service. We had to leave another family member at our house since we had other appointments by the time he showed up, so we were not able to properly discuss what we wanted or needed. It was a quick phone call from him letting us know what he was going to do & charge us for, not asking us any real questions about our carpets. This is the first time we have used Zero Rez and not been happy with the service tech. The carpets are fine but in the past, because of the service tech’s attention to detail and willingness to talk with us about issues they noticed or that we noticed, we were much more satisfied with the results.
Excellent service again! On time and did a thorough job of cleaning my carpets.

Zerorez disappointed me by sending a person who is disrespectful of clients.
This guy "Bluetooth" vulgar rap music through the service vehicle stereo. It was loud enough for people 4 to 5 house down to clearly here.
He didn't bring corner protection guards for the hallway. I can see where the corrugated hose scraped paint off.
There's a couple other things, overall it wasn't a good experience.
No harmful chemicals for the pets and kids. Our Service guy was nice and on time. He called before he came about 30 mins out and that was great.
Tech did a very good job
Carpet was very clean and did not take long to dry.
The service technician was very professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly and efficiently!

Ridiculous pricing determined onsite to clean my upholstered bed’s headboard & footboard. Also, found it ironic that the cleaner didn’t wear shoe covers. He said it was forbidden by the company after I offered to give him a pair. Just overall underwhelmed with the services provided.

the cleaning process is not as expected. nothing moved not even very light chairs. the carpet was badly cleaned. and left soaking wet in one spot that they would only finish if I purchased an additional very expensive service. would not recommend or use them again

All staff are 100% genuinely concerned about your experience. The technician is experienced and polite. This number one goal was to make sure I was satisfied.
Cost of furniture cleaning is pricey.
We are a Doctor's office and the technician that was sent out, stated that he doesnt really work with commercial accounts, but mainly residential accounts. He was very professional and kind. My only complaint is that there were still several areas that looked like they needed more attention. But overall, the work was ok.

i love the quality carpet cleaning i get for the price and the quick dry aspect that allows us to live on our carpets again and not wait hours or a day to be able to walk on them
