After the carpet dried we could really see there was a minimal difference between the before and after of a lot of the carpet. Seeing how this was a paid professional service, we really expected more. The tech was excellent and took their time. But, in regard to the actual results despite his honest efforts, we were not fully satisfied. These results could have been achieved with a at-home machine and stain treatment.

This was a reservice for us due to the awful first experience. Our tech that came to clean up the job of the first tech was exceptional. His work and quality of work was outstanding. Was able to remove almost all stains that previous tech told me I could “boil hot water and vinger or you tube it.” He explained to me the whole process and what he was going to do. I will likely schedule again only if I have the same tech! I was very worried about giving another chance but I was very pleased with re service. I can actually tell my carpets were cleaned!

My carpets are only two years old, but there were a few spots from having kids and just day to day foot traffic. The first person to do the service didn’t get most of the spots I was concerned about. I wouldn’t have even thought the carpets had been “cleaned” if they weren’t damp. I called to express my concerns and they wanted specific spots that were still there and what they were made from. They sent someone else out, I do feel like the 2nd person was more thorough but he only had to spot clean. I just don’t feel the carpet as a whole was cleaned thoroughly and the cost did not match the service. I don’t feel good about having call and report subpar services and go through the hassle of rescheduling something that should have been done the first time.

Technician was on time, very efficient and the results were great.

1. The antibacterial treatment was offered as an odor control (nothing about antibacterial). We thought it was just an air freshener cover up and declined. We had to have them back and charged again when they then explained about the wet bacteria causing the new odor. Would have liked a better explanation initially.

2. I had to ask twice for them to start upstairs, they refused and finally when my husband asked they agreed. Please listen to the homeowner the first time, even if she is a woman.

3. We were happier with Mario who did our cleaning last time.

The carpet cleaner was good and polite, but the additional services we had done were crazy expensive..........
