We had a coupon for 3 rooms cleaned for $109. Once technician was completed we were given an invoice that included a $25 service fee. This fee was unexpected and had not been told to us on any call previous to the work being done. We feel this is totally inappropriate

What you could do to make it right, is to refund the $25

It took him 10 minutes for each area that I was charged extra for and the floors are not clean. I am very disappointed. I agreed to pay 99 for 3 rooms and ended up paying almost 200.00. Doing business like this will definitely give you guys a bad name.

Missed some spots and corners of rooms weren't properly tended to. The gentleman cleaning the carpets was very friendly though.

Got carpets cleaned after moving from a townhome that had carpets less than 1 year old, one of which was in an unused room. Rep tried to tell me they were stained. I called BS. He would not continue to clean until i signed something stating I was turning down your scare tactic upsell. A friend recommended you to me. Wont be returning.

The front end of scheduling process was very rough and repetitive. Zero Rez needs to empower their service representatives. I can’t tell you how many phone calls I received because “they missed my call”, generally on a day when I didn’t call. And then the schedule was incorrect and changed twice.

My only complaint is they were not able to completely remove pet stains.
