Carpets were very clean and didn't take long to dry. Cleaner accidentally broke part of a mirror we had set aside; not sure how that happened but my husband was pretty frustrated.
Explanation of the entire process of the services. Ensured I was comfortable with the procedures. Technician did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet.
No effort no difference in carpet. Was barely here 20 mins. When I pointed to stain was told nope it’s fine?! Technician was pleasant but not good at job.
