Fair prices for a quality job ~
Price and no harsh chemicals
A bed and dresser had been removed before pix were taken for selling. It was a mess and filthy underneath but they cleaned it very well! Can’t even see it in the pictures!

I was very disappointed with your technician and the high pressured sales. My cost went from $300 to over $2000. That is way out of line!! I have used to your company many times and as a realtor always recommend it to my clients. Never again.
The service was very good and the pricing was adequate, disappointed that furniture moving is not part of the process for carpet cleaning (this was not disclosed when I talked to the agent), and more importantly some the high-traffic areas / spots were not successfully cleaned enough. Credit to the individual (Dexter) was more than helpful and understood our concerns but the process and didn't achieve the level that I had experience with Chem-Dry. Thanks to Dexter for his efforts.

Antonio did a great job. I appreciated his attention to detail. Frustrated with the bill, advertised $109 (normally $149), then the bill is $109, $25 residential service fee which promises we’ll do what we said we would do, then a $13 minimum residential differential fee which no one can explain what it is, but that adds up to $147, then $2 tax, wow look at that, it is back up to $149. Feels like false advertising, bait & switch, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Great job Antonio, frustrated to hire a company that misleads in their billing, what else are they misleading about? Makes you wonder.

Your technician was on time, professional, notified me throughout the cleaning process & dis an excellent job of cleaning my carpets.
I paid extra money for pet stain removal. The stains are still there. The only thing gone is the extra money I paid. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.

There is still a light brown spot which originally was a wine spot. Said no problem getting it out but didn’t get it all.
Also the worker asked for a tip. I have never had a carpet cleaning company want a tip.
