GREAT CLEANING SERVICES AND VERY SANITARY CARPET WAS CLEANED AND NO WET RESIDUE
Technicians are very nice and helpful. Carpets always look great after cleaning.
Clean services that are timely and efficient
The technician came on time, did a good job at a reasonable price. As stated in your advertisement the client needs to move anything that they want cleaned under. The Technician does not move any furniture. Client is asked to move any fragile items from furniture. So anyone expecting more needs to be aware.

Customer service is good
The floors were not left with a chemical smell and looked outstanding once done. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly through each room and pointed out areas of trouble and offered additional solutions.
A second and more experienced Technician had to be sent to my residence and re-clean rooms that were not effectively cleaned by a less experienced Technician the day before. I requested the more experienced Technician initially, but he was not sent out to my residence.
I appreciate the 2nd work of the 2nd, more experienced, Technician.

I did recommend Zerorez to my church, a small, elderly congregation which needed chairs cleaned all over the building. They did their usual great job for us, at a very fair price. I know that if some spots are left for touch up, they will make it right. Thank you to this company for providing a needed service at an affordable price. 🙌
Efficient and affordable cleaning, friendly customer service
We were very pleased with Dylan (our 2nd person to come out). It took him 2 visits to fix what the first person did on the 1st visit. Dylan was much more knowledgeable and patient. He is a hard worker and explained everything well. Not the case with the first person that came out.

I like the idea of zero residue, but not quite sure that it is what it advertised to be. Fabian did a great job.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was available before the estimated window, but was flexible with me as well. He checked the carpeted areas thoroughly for problem spots and was great about recommending and explaining different treatments/services to me. I felt like we were well taken care of, and the price was fair.
Timing and not a very great job. My couch is dirty. Every year I do this and usually it is very clean

prices changed from estimate- which happens some times, told person when i booked it all details, and she didn't mention possible upcharges for rooms, or that the closet in the master bedroom was extra. landing on the stairs are different price than regular stair. Really???? If so, get your phone reps to call that out. felt very sketchy
person arrived 2 hours early- and we weren't ready for him. not his fault other jobs canceled, but it really sent us scurrying and made extra and compressed work for us. I wasn't even home- but husband was. person did send a text that i coudln't read while driving home and had hoses set up the stairs which was exactly where were trying to relocate boxes. so that there would be minimal stair traffic after the cleaning. then we had to wait for the carpet to dry before moving the boxes down- so it really shot our schedule wth people here to help us based on our reserved 3-5pm slot versus 1pm

Hi, my couch was cleaned on Saturday, April 27th. I called on Monday to request someone come out again as I was not satisfied with the job. I left a message and the call was returnee the next day. A message was left, I called again and left another message. Now, on May 6th I am still waiting to hear back from someone. Please call me at Phone number removed.
Told 3 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things as to what Zerorez would move and what I needed to move. There should be one set of rules for the customer to understand. Technician was great and am pleased with the carpets.
