My carpets are clean without the chemicals.
The employees are always happy and very kind. My carpet is always so soft after Zerorez has cleaned. I wouldn't use anyone but Zerorez! Thank you
When we called and e-mailed there was something wrong no one ever even offered our money back. We paid $300 to get our tile cleaned and it was a three month ordeal. You do have some people that are nice that work for you but the rude and inconsiderate ones are always the ones people remember. When you did not do what we were told would happen I got told on the phone "well you should have followed up so I knew my guy did not call." Why is it my job to follow up with what one of your supervisors told someone to do? I feel like you stole $300 from me since it took three months to fix what you messed up in the first place.

The service man was courteous but my carpets weren't clean when he left. I thought they might look better when they dried but there was also an odor when we came back home. I need someone to come out and clean several spots that didn't get clean.
Or service rep was professional and courteous. He was prompt and the carpets looked great!

The technician advised us that we needed to do the pet treatment in order to get the odor out. We did the pet treatment for an additional $125.00. The smell is worse.

The carpets did not get very clean and the customer support manager (Leah or something) is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with at aq company. All she would do is talk over me and not listen to the issue. She kept coming up with excuses of why they couldn't get the carpet clean, like the company that replaced my carpet a couple of years ago scammed me and put in a used pad, keep in mind this lady has never seen my house nor has any idea who installed the carpet but it must be there fault. She bullied my wife so bad that my wife could not deal with her. I spent an hour on the phone with her while the technician was here, for her to finally say that they could not clean any traffic areas because they did not have a solution for that yet. Really, you are in the carpet cleaning business. We ended the call with her scheduling a "production manager" to come out and take a look at my problem. I have never received a call back, even when I let her know that her technician had broken a lamp in my house. worst carpet experience ever!!! carpets look good for a couple of days then look like they were never cleaned. I have tried to call the corporate office, but since everything is franchised they can't really help me. Owner of the franchise has not returned my call.
It took 2 days for my carpet to dry completely and it does not even look like it was cleaned. I have before & after pictures to show it made absolutely no difference. I just want my money back, but they said I would have to have them come out & correct the problem first which means I will have to deal with wet carpets for two days again which I do not want to do!!
