Justin is a success story for you. He was very pleasant, informative and very hard working. He is the best rep. I have had. He discussed my carpet problems and gave me information to do a couple of things to help my carpet. He moved movable furniture, which the last one did not. Justin was not in a hurry to get the job done. I will ask for him next time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well this was your second time out in a week. Our technician, Kasey, was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He was there to fix mess up from previous Saturday. I had a red stain on the carpet that he was able to get out. I do think it was an excessive charge, $85. He used ammonia and water and then put a towel down and used an iron(my iron as he did not have one)to transfer the stain. He said the charge was because the chemicals they used were so expensive, but I know ammonia does not cost much($2/bottle)He also got out the brown stain that appeared after the first visit, but now several more brown stains have appeared over the rug. I don't know what is causing this to occur. I kept my furniture off the rug until Sunday, but the brown spots were there by Saturday night. If you have any suggestions on how to get rid of them I would appreciate it. I am just disappointed as I was so impressed with ZeroRez the very first time I used them. Unfortunately I will have to think about using you again or referring you to any friends.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First the gentleman who came this time was very polite, professional and kind. However, now that the carpets have dried, very few of the dog urine spots came up. But knowing that some did, I wonder if the other spots were not sprayed or worked on in a focused manner. I normally would not complain except I paid over $300 including the special pet removal spray process.

I also used it the first time I used you all and that representative was able to get the stains out with your process - he just said he focused on the areas before he worked on the whole room. I don't need the entire areas recleaned or the stairs redone... just the areas upstairs and down with the spots if you are willing to try one more time. My cell is Phone number removed. Your people who answer the calls to Stephen who did the work was EXCELLENT. Stephen Green (I'm sure that is his name) was so nice and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were completly happy with the work, which we were. He is a great reflection of you company. Everything - And, we did refer you to our next-door neighbor at 9704 Ravensway Drive, Benbrook, TX 76126 and they had their carpets cleaned about 10 days ago. We have used you for the past 3 times. Your products and system work better than competitors and we can go longer in between cleanings. Thank you

We were given a quote and a time, but when the guy showed up he was completely unprepared and rescheduled us. We were also told that we could not have received a quote before and they told us it would now be much higher. We moved all our furniture and now can't move it back until we can find someone else to help us. When we called to get it straightened out no one would even help us. Never using this company again.

Although carpet is softer, there are still very noticeable heavy traffic marks. It was a rainy day and I was told it could take 5-6 hours to dry. It took 15-16 hours to dry.

The technician, Jimmy, did a great job! He not only did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning service, but also informed us on how to better keep the the carpet looking clean with just a few things we can do ourselves. I would recommend your companies service and with higher recommendations for Jimmy.

What could we do to improve?

Be more pro-active about following up with customer complaints. I had to call 3 times to try and speak to a manager, within an 8 day period, before I had my concerns addressed. I did however appreciate the fact that the second person that came to redo my carpet did a much more thorough job than the first young man who came the first time. My carpets looked about 70% better the next day. Sadly once again the manager did not follow-up the next business day as I had asked her to do, which she promised that she would. Overall I would say they did they best they could to correct the problem.

The services are unbeatable! My carpets look almost new and remain that way for many, many months. One of the cleaning sessions left stains that apparently had come up from the pad. Zerorez came back twice to make sure I was happy with the results, which I was. The technician was very accommodating and pleasant and obviously knew his stuff!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your technician did not disappoint me and explained why some of the stains were on my carpet. That's not the issue I'm most concerned with. The smell of the house since the first cleaning has not disappeared. I am not imagining this since I have two other family members and some friends that do not live here (but came over often before the carpets were cleaned the first time, and since) noticed as well.. They have said of all the years I lived here they never smelled the "dirty clothes/wet" smell in the entire downstairs area before until I had the carpets cleaned the first time in November. They commented yesterday again how bad it is. I have spent well over $100 on candles, fragrance oils, fragrance vent attachments for the air conditioning/heating, and plug ins to mask the smell. Obviously they are not working since once they are not burning, plugged in etc. the smell returns. Your technician said he couldn't smell it except in the Master bedroom. We can all downstairs but NOT in the upstairs bedrooms where the carpets were not cleaned. I am concerned since I smell this and my family and friends say they can as well. I entertain often and now feel like the smell won't go away and am very upset. The carpets were wet (two days later after the first cleaning) in my dining room before I moved furniture back and stepped in enough liquid it soaked both of my socks. At this point I really don't want another cleaning but possibly a partial credit (not toward any cleaning) since I've spent almost as much on the candles, etc. to mask the smell as I did on this cleaning. My father said it was so wet in the dining room that it's in the pads (and in the other rooms and stairs as well), that is the reason for the smell. I planned on putting my house on the market to move closer to my job. I was a Realtor, and am well aware with this smell I will have to invest in a very expensive process to get the smell out which might include replacing the pads. I'm sorry for the bad review. Out of the 15 years of having my carpets cleaned my house has always smelled better after each time (Stanley Cleaner, Dalworth never had these problems). I feel like I made a huge mistake just to save the $25 that was sent to me in an email! Never again. I can deal with stains not coming up, but living in a house that constantly smells like dirty clothes (especially when there ARE NOT any) AND that never smelled like this before, i just can't live with!

The servie was more of a sales pitch. We already paid the money so we would like for the tech to clean the carpets so we can get on with our busy scheudules. We never received a 50 dollar gift card that was advertised or our couch done for free either.
The carpet didn't even looked like it had been cleaned. Chem Dry did a way better job.
